Review of 3D Models' Services
Our experience with 3D Models' services has been highly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share our story to caution others, especially those in the automotive sector who depend on timely and precise deliveries.

Missed Deadlines and Financial Loss

We paid R$1200 on May 8 to receive a high-poly modeled vehicle interior by May 29, as stated on their site and in their email confirmation. However, the model and UV mapping were delivered together a week late on June 8. This delay forced us to hire local 3D modelers at an additional cost of BRL 4,620 ($864.34) to meet our contractual obligations, leading to a total expenditure of over BRL 13,134.62 ($2,457.32) for modeling services. The late delivery resulted in presenting substandard material at a major event, causing significant embarrassment and potential harm to our reputation.

Poor Communication and Inflexible Negotiation

3D Models' customer service is slow to respond and inflexible in negotiations. Despite multiple requests, they refused to minimaly compensate our loss caused by their late delivery. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to negotiate or compensate for the delay is unacceptable.

Product Quality Issues

While their ready-made models are of good quality, they may have measurement errors. Additionally, they do not offer refunds if the model does not meet customer expectations. When we ordered a low-poly version of an automotive interior, it arrived first in poor quality. It took an additional 1 week to receive a second version, which was still unusable as it was delivered past our deadline.

Inconsistent Delivery Times

Their advertised delivery times are unrealistic, and they frequently miss their stated deadlines. This inconsistency suggests that they prioritize larger clients and neglect those with smaller budgets.

Final Recommendation

We will no longer use 3D Models' services and advise caution for anyone in the automotive sector or those with strict deadlines. Their lack of reliability and poor customer service make them a risky choice for critical projects.

Great service, fast, good quality and good communication!

We purchased a 3D model of a recently released car, including the detailed interior in IGES file format. Took a while and a couple of iterations to get it right, but eventually we are very happy with the quality of the deliverables, with the timing, the communication and the pricing too. I will definitely go back to them in case of future needs.

However, the full width at the front and top views does not match the dimmension

Model bought looks great however unlike other stock CAD model sites, this one charges you for various file formats! For a model that was initially advertised for about £15 (with 80% off) we ended up paying an additional £45 on top and still not getting the format we ideally wanted (.STEP) due to limited descriptions as to what file format you actually will receive…

Would think twice before using again at the moment.

Happy to increase score should a .STEP file be provided to me for my order as compensation for the poor user experience of the website.

Worst service and quality ever!
We bought UTV 3D model with UV mapping and they promised it will work just the way we need. As we provided pictures of what we are looking for before the order. It is nothing even close to what we are looking for. They are doing everything, talking empty just not to make a refund of 245$...

The model I purchased is highly detailed, although the 3DS version has some missing blocks. The price is expensive at least for Argentina.

It was a necessary modeling, but there was no place to find it, and I found out about "HUM3D" while searching here and there, and although the modeling price was expensive, there was a function to negotiate, and I offered the price I wanted through it and waited for it after payment. Thank you so much and I was happy that you accepted it

Model is very detailed. Nice representation of the Lunar Rover. Was able to open up in Blender.

The model i have bought is good, without problem and also communication with support was OK.
I removed one star becouse if I am buying expensive model like this, I do not care about someone politics activism. Why I have to remodel the licence plate where is logo of EU, which is OK an can be usefull, and under are letters UA ... a bit of hypocrisy??

I was looking to purchase a real item not a drawing !!!! The ad came up why I am trying to order the real item !!!! When I realized my mistake I contacted the company I was told to Bad !!! No refund so I really would not recommend you to anyone

Accidentally ordered VR controllers. Thinking they were real used VR controllers. As soon I saw it was some kind of 3D thing I told them about the mistake and asked for a refund but they refused.

I thought I was buying an actual chair, not to sure what I bought but I would like a refund. Please and thank you

Awesome Lucas Oil Field model. I checked it against architect files and extremely accurate and detailed!

They rocked for me and do not understand the negative reviews.

First of all, the 3D model was incredibly detailed and very realistic for the product. I’m impressed and also it’s layered very well for ease of use with procreate.
Second, I struggled at first to download the correct files and textures and it didnt load correctly onto procreate, but the help team were persistent with me and helped me solve it by sending screenshots and links for what I needed to do. This was very helpful as I am a beginner and using the model for a project.

Very impressed with customer service and the model, will use again.
