3 Counties Surveying Ltd Arvostelua

Excellent service, clear detailed report with practical advice, and a really good common-sense approach to the survey. Tony and 3 Counties seem to be in demand - it took several weeks to book my survey, but I am glad I waited. Best thing is that Tony called me immediately after the survey to provide a verbal update of highlights. This is the first time I have experienced this quality of service from a surveyor - really impressive.

We couldn't have been happier with 3 Counties Surveying. All the folk we spoke to in the office were very human yet professional. Tony took the trouble to answer the many questions I had and listen to me expressing my concerns over various aspects of the property. As promised, he called me straight after the survey and spent over half an hour explaining his findings. The report was sent only 3 days later. The report highlighted a major expense we hadn't been aware of. Thank you to Tony and the team. I couldn't recommend them more highly and would definitely use Tony for any future surveys, hence the 5 stars! :-)

Great company, with excellent communication. Simple.

I would highly recommend 3 Counties Surveying Ltd. From my initial enquiry to completion of the survey it was a very efficient service. The customer service was excellent, with any queries or updates answered straight away by their friendly team.

Great correspondence throughout, very professional and on point. Would highly recommend.

I’m really pleased to have used 3 Counties Surveying for a recent house survey, after the seller’s estate agent recommended Tony McKenty.
Having used excellent surveyors in the past (who now work in other areas) I had high expectations, and 3 Counties Surveying did not disappoint.

The customer service by Hayley and Tony was excellent throughout the whole process. Tony took great care whilst doing the survey, which was evident in the detailed report provided soon afterwards.

One really nice touch was Tony calling me straight after he’d finished the survey, to discuss the main points. I had a few queries after reading the report, and once again he was happy to spend time talking it through.

It makes such a difference when a company don't take days to respond to queries and bookings which is exactly what you need when buying a house as it takes a lot of stress out of the process. 3 Counties were very quick to respond to my request for a survey. I had RICS Level 2 carried out and was sent the report within less than 48hours. They were very friendly, helpful and the survey was carried out to the standard expected. They are also very helpful and available with regard to any questions you have following the survey. They are also very good value, another important factor when buying! As a Small Business company I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience. Amanda and team responded very quickly to arrange a level 3 survey. On the day of the survey, we met up with Liz who gave us a very thorough review of the property. The official report followed swiftly and was very detailed. We would use them again, without a doubt.

3 Counties have been an excellent surveying company. They have gone above and beyond and have been extremely helpful.

I would highly recommend their services.

Thank you Tony for all your help.

Efficient, detailed, friendly and very helpful indeed. 3 Counties provided a fantastic service, and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a surveyor.

Super easy and clear. The lead time was good and they made themselves readily available should I have had any questions on the results. Fully recommend!

My experience with 3 Counties Surveying Ltd was extremely positive. They are knowledgable and efficient, with their fees more competitive than the opposition's. Their report was enormously beneficial to me in the decision-making surrounding a property purchase. What made the experience even more pleasant was that they are all so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

As usual 3 counties offer a great service, very responsive and excellent staff. Highly recommended

Highly recommend - communication by 3 Counties team has been excellent. We really felt the team wanted to help.
Our level 3 survey report is so clear, detailed and incredibly informative - it has really put our minds at rest.

Helpful & efficient service with immediate feedback

A big thanks to Tony, Hayley and the team at 3 Counties for our Survey - they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to fit us in on a tight schedule. The survey report was very detailed and thorough, and the team were easy to contact to talk through the findings in extra detail. Highly recommend.

I chose 3 Counties Surveying Ltd based on excellent Trustpilot reviews and I am very pleased I did.
Amanda was very efficient in organising the date and time of the survey and regularly kept me informed. Liz, who did the survey, was incredibly helpful in explaining the main points of the report prior to my receiving the written report, which was clear and detailed. At all times, everyone at 3 Counties Surveying Ltd was very prompt with communication and extremely friendly. I would absolutely recommend 3 Counties and would definitely use them again.

A fast professional and easy process. Tony has been in touch a few times updating and explaining all we needed to know. No hesitation to recommend as I have done already

Company was super efficient in arranging the survey and managed to slot me in within 2 weeks of asking. Tony was very helpful in calling with a summary immediately after the survey with the key points of note and the survey document was incredibly thorough. Would definitely recommend, especially for larger listed buildings where high levels of dilligence is required.

I experienced excellent communication between myself and everyone at 3Counties.
Amanda is professional, friendly and so on the ball. She couldn't have been more helpful to me.
My surveyor, Liz, was equally informative and utterly professional, giving me a verbal report immediately after the survey, followed by her excellent and comprehensive written report.
3Counties were so pleasant and easy to deal with, it truly is a personal service. And they are competitive in price too, and don't hound you with emails and phone calls like those national services!
I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
