3 Counties Surveying Ltd Arvostelua

We've had a great experience with 3 Counties. Hayley was very responsive in getting us booked in as quickly as possible and Tony was very thorough in his report, and talked us through it in the detail we needed as first time house buyers (and of a period property!). They gave us the confidence to raise the issues noted in the right way and supported us throughout.

The original phone contact was much more personal than a competitor. The price was also more competitive. It took a while for a date, but it was worth the wait. The survey, and Searches were amazingly thorough. There was an element of generosity as well. All in all a happy customer

The team at 3 Counties Surveying Ltd was friendly and responsive, providing a detailed report and promptly answering questions. The process was smooth, though booking the survey took a while due to their high demand. While the service was professional, the wait time and cost slightly impacted the overall experience.

We have used their service a few times. Great 👍.

Excellent service from Tony, Amanda and Hayley. Great communication throughout and the call from Tony on the day he completed the survey was especially useful. I received the survey report quickly and it was thorough and detailed. A very professional and helpful team.

Great communication throughout our surveying process. Both 3 Counties and Amanda kept us fully up to date with how things were going. Amanda telephoned us on the survey day and gave us a quick preview of the full survey and helpfully pointed out and explained anything untoward, which we found very useful. The full report when it arrived was very well laid out, easy to read and very informative. Overall we were very impressed with both the company and our surveyor Amanda. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality service.

I have been really impressed with the service provided with both timesI have used 3 Countries surveying Ltd. Amanda was so helpful on the phone and reassuring when I didn’t know what I needed to do and Liz was very professional when she did both a RICS assessment previously for us a few years back and a survey on a house we wished to purchase recently.
Really appreciate the help and highly recommend to anyone. Thank you

A really excellent service that enabled me to make an informed purchasing decision. Thoroughly nice people too.

3 Counties Surveyors have provided, in my experience, a first class service which included:

- Clearly answering my questions before I booked a survey
- Being approachable and friendly and also promptly responding to emails
- A fair price for a detailed level 3 survey. The price matched what my research said it should be
- A professional, clear and balanced survey which was produced well within the time frame they gave
-A clear willingness to discuss the survey if myself and partner wished

Very thorough and useful report, looked at the things we were particularly concerned about, and gave helpful insights about what questions to ask etc. Thanks!

We made request to Level 3 Inspection for a house we’d like to buy in Wiltshire. Hayley did amazing job to schedule in prompt time that we can read and discuss the findings with Tony (inspector). We received an extensive written report and verbal communication with Tony to highlight some of the findings. Definitely reliable and great people to do bussiness with while we are in the US. Thanks!

Very positive experience, would highly recommend 3 Counties Surveying Ltd.

The team was efficient and friendly, the survey was booked in fairly quickly and we got the report within a day of the actual survey. Liz gave me a call straight after to give a brief overview and answered my questions.

3CS recently did a survey for us, got the report out in record time and very thorough search, rang us up to walk through the findings, took a lot of stress out of the process. Thank you 3 counties team!

From start to finish an excellent experience; good & friendly communication throughout and I received a very detailed survey, 100% recommended!!

Amanda and Liz were very helpful, answered all questions we raised and inspected each area thoroughly, including points we specifically raised.

The report was produced speedily and had an excellent depth of detail.

Would recommend and use again :)!

Everyone was efficient, polite and managed to get us all the information we needed to decide on the survey required.
They managed to get it booked in quickly and the survey report was very comprehensive and easy to understand.

Thorough and efficient surveyors who called after the survey and explained the main concerns.

Excellent service from Amanda, Liz and everyone involved, thanks very much!

I was deliberately looking for an experienced local surveyor to check a property for me and Tony is exactly that. Communication was prompt and detailed. He went above and beyond to gather information on the property, including hard to see/reach places. He was generous with time to provide initial feedback and then to answer questions. Highly recommend. We ended up not purchasing the property due to faults that were uncovered as part of the survey and I am extremely grateful we caught them early. I will be both recommending and using 3counties again for future commissions.
