Avoid at all cost, not to be trusted and should not be allowed to sell motorhomes, swift should be ashamed to use them as approved dealers, it’s embarrassing really, plenty of decent dealers around but good luck with the arrogance and customer service from this lot

STAY AWAY! I feel compelled to write this review because as a motorhome owner, I was shocked and saddened to hear about the service provided by 3As to a couple of friends who have reached out to us.

Within a week of purchasing their vehicle they began to discover a number of significant faults including a leak in the roof, the heater and hot water were not working, the water pump wasn't working, another pipe was leaking, the wifi system wasn't working, there was no handbook and the vehicle had not been registered.

The vehicle was taken back to 3As leisure who kept it for longer than the owners would have liked. After receiving it back they discovered some of the faults had not been rectified.

The vehicle was returned again and it was retained by 3As for some time. The owners had planned several trips which they were no longer able to take in the vehicle. They became disheartened with 3As leisure as they provided no reassurance as to when the vehicle would be repaired. Communication from this company became increasingly poor.

After further contact with the company the owners decided to reject the faulty vehicle after seeking legal advice and in line with the Consumer Rights Act. The company was notified accordingly.

Since then the company has refused to take back ownership of the vehicle and took it upon themselves to drive the vehicle to the owners’ house and place the keys through their letter box whilst they were out. This was done WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT.

In my view, the company has behaved in a way that could be described as INTIMIDATORY and AGGRESSIVE.

The matter remains unresolved and further legal advice is being sought.

We have just picked up our Coachman caravan from 3A's Leisure after it had been there for some insurance repairs, as well as an annual service and a new TV aerial.
The service manager, Stephen, could not have been more helpful and got everything completed in the allotted time and to a high standard. We were kept in the loop with several phone calls from Stephen informing us of the progress of the work.
We did not buy the caravan from 3A's, but can highly recommend the service that we received from them.
We will definitely be using them for future service work.

Bought a supposedly 'brand new' motorhome from these people in Oct 22 after a 6 week delay due electrical issues found before collection.
9 months later vehicle broke down, 11 weeks went by still no resolution. Tried to reject vehicle with dealer, no apology, not interested. Their exact words "you've had 9 months trouble free motorhoming what's your problem".
Turns out vehicle was unregistered but had arrived 10 months earlier and been on display when we were told it had just arrived and was a cancelled order.
Complete load of cowboys and liars, thank god we finally got Swift CEO involved who agreed to replace it.
Never again would I go anywhere near this place..
Please, please take your business elsewhere..

After sales service that was carried out was fantastic, great praise for the driver who had respect for grass/flowerbeds at hill park, when
Pentlepoir, when he returned the caravan, from a fridge repair.

Very polite and kind, and willing to answer any questions, very respectful of his surroundings.

Stay well clear of these clowns, water ingress front and rear of caravan, water that soaked my 3 year old daughter at 3 am. To which they found really amusing. Mouldy shower curtain, Mouldy fridge freezer. Mouldy cutlery drawer, fridge freezer doesn’t work on electric, battery terminals not even on battery, fire unit loose on wall, Bunk beds damaged. General cleanliness poor, my dog could’ve done a better job. Also refusing rejection of caravan. Now have to seek advise from solicitors

My husband and I are very impressed with the service we have had from Carol Ashcroft in Warranty. We contacted her when the screen door on our 2 year old Coachman Laser Excel 845 fell apart and sent her photographs of the door. This is the third caravan we have purchased from 3A's. Carol was absolutely brilliant, applied to Dometic for a replacement door, which has just arrived with us and kept us fully informed at every stage. She is a real credit to your company who we feel went above and beyond. We hope that 3A's appreciate how efficient and customer friendly she is. Derrick & Janet Harper-Watson

Visited 3A's Leisure in August to have our first habitation check on our motorhome. We had a couple of minor issues with the Van from when we picked it up last August and due to the fact that we live in Yorkshire 3A's kept the equipment that needed replacing until we came for the motorhome check. Once again we found all the staff to be absolutely fantastic and really helpful. We stayed outside the site the night before and they had left the electric on for us in the morning they gave us a curtsey car for the day while the check was carried out. Dave and I would like to give the staff a big thank you. Wish all dealerships were like them.

We bought a brand new Chausson motorhome from 3As in 2019 and were impressed with the excellent advice and support we received from the sales staff. That high level of service has continued throughout all departments to the present day. Warranty issues have all been dealt with and we are pleased with the work which the technicians have carried out, including annual habitation services. We also frequently visit the really delicious Paned cafe at 3As and we have bought several items from the well stocked shop. All staff are very welcoming, efficient and helpful. Thank you to everyone at 3As.

We bought a used caravan from 3A’s last summer. I’ve waited until now (12 months later) before I left a very in depth review. I have read lots of reviews which comment on their after sales service and to be honest if I had read the reviews prior to seeing the van, I would have been put off purchasing it from them.

First thing, purchasing the caravan. The sales staff were very helpful, there was no pressure selling and all of our queries were answered before agreeing to purchase. There were other issues I had noticed, this included a rusty guard next to the cooker and slightly split grab handles on the front. As these issues were so minor I didn’t bring them up to the saleswoman.

We had to wait a week extra before we would collect but during this time 3A’s had contacted me to see if I wanted the old solar panel mounts removed as the solar panel had been removed by the previous owner. We opted to have a new panel fitted. 3A’s completed this at a very competitive price and did a great job. Upon collecting the caravan the new sink had been fitted, new grab handles installed and the cooker guard replaced with a new one. The PDI had been completed to an exceptional standard.

We used the van a few times towards the end of the season, by which time we had identified a few small issues. I made contact with the 3A’s warranty team who arranged to have the van back as soon as they had workshop space. Between booking the van in and delivering it another issue came up. I called 3A’s who said that this wasn’t a problem and added it to the job list.

3A’s responded quickly to my emails and kept me up to date. I requested that they change the numberplate on the van as we changed the car, they did this so it was ready when I collected it.

We collected the van, all the jobs have been completed to a high standard and we are very pleased with the level of service we have received.

Today, I’m away in the van and had an issue with the motor mover. Joe assisted me (despite the van being out of warranty) and got it back working. Fantastic service!

Overall a very positive experience. They are extremely busy, so sometimes it’s worth bearing this in mind.

Had a few issues with our New Motorhome but so far 3asleisure have always fixed the problems. Telephoned today and technician Tom called us back giving good advice to solve our problem with water not coming through the tap. Thanks Tom much appreciated.

Last year I purchased a motorhome from 3a’s but after several trips away concluded the layout wasn’t working for me. Started looking around for a replacement but soon realised I will be buying again from 3a’s - why? Where other dealers fell down 3a’s provided the total package for me. They have a large and varied stock with regular updates, allow you full access to the vehicles onsite, finance rates are far better than others, they are local to me but the way Steffan and Alyson, on the sales team, worked with me to find the right replacement was outstanding. Professional, understanding my requirements, patient but also always friendly - making the whole experience a total pleasure.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone for your next leisure vehicle purchase. Thanks 3a’s.

Purchased our brand new motorhome from this company and once the payment was made everything fell apart .
They had probably sold a similar van to someone and had swapped items / parts with our van, no explanation ,no correspondence , no apology ! Emails were sent and was made to feel as if it was our fault .
Owners / directors never got in touch as promised

Wouldn't buy anything from this company,just had to fight for my money back,sold me a motorhome full of damp, took eight months,but got there in the end,make sure you do your research, they do tell lies,and are very good at it,stay away from them.

Took our Chausson for annual service . The receptionist was pleasant and efficient, Phil the Service Manager was very professional and provided feedback on issues raised .Aled in warranty section was informative and very helpful.
Can’t fault my experience.

Made a final call as was not getting anywhere couldn’t get any sense since march and was losing faith in 3a’s as just bought this new caravan a swift 840

Then hoorah spoke to Aled in warranty and within ten minutes he had sorted my shower tap issue booked me in with an engineer Paul who turned up promptly and must say these two have been 3a’s saving Grace as before this I felt I never wanted to deal with them again

A 5 star service received from 3A’s Caravans in sorting out my issues with no trouble at all. I would highly recommend 3A’s for their aftercare service as it was brilliant.

We recently purchased a caravan with 3A’s in Carmarthen and wished to have an automatic motor mover fitted. We took the caravan back to them on Monday and the motor mover was fixed promptly the following day and we could take the caravan home the same day. Excellent service by all the staff who also helped us with a number of accessories we needed. All members of staff that we engaged with in sales, accessories and the workshop were polite and were ready to help and advise with our queries which were many as we are caravan newbies. Cannot fault them.

Throughout the process from order, delay by supplier, eventual delivery by supplier and handover Steff and Alyson at 3a's have been brilliant. They have taken the time to deal with my queries and have always been polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend this local firm.
