Thank you for your kind feedback
we welcome all suggestions to improve customer experience.
Unfortunately, Customs processing time and related delays aren't something we have any influence over, so we can only recommend our customers order ahead and count in customs delays as part of the delivery time.
Kind Regards
The shipping is very fast.

Quantity Issues... only 3 lenses per box
I loved the price and and shipping status update was great but when I received my order, I see why I loved the price, box was only half full, meaning usually comes in 6 lenses per box, only had 3. I should've read the description more closely but I've been wearing same lens for 7 years and getting only half on the quantity seemed wrong.

Dear Julia
Manufacturers decide the package quantity not us, in this case CooperVision decides the quantity.
We understand that cutomer might not know this, so every product we sell has these details on the product page itself,
We invite customers to read the same, or contact our customer service and clarify.
And in case the customer is not happy, the items can be returned, no questions asked.
Please contact our customer service for arranging any returns.
Further to the issue raised by you
this is the link of the item you ordered
https://www.393lens.com/biofinity-toric
Kindly click on the link and under specifications tab look for "Lens per Box"
Now honestly, do tell us if the seller should be given a bad rating because the customer didnt read the description on the product page?
Smooth order process and fast delivery.

The shipping is always prompt and the parcel is received within two weeks. The shipment price is included when you buy a slight minimum number of lens or amount of money. The best aspect is you’ll get the lowest prices in all of the Internet and the most top brands and exclusive items as well. I highly recommend buying from them with full confidence and contentment. This review is from a long time satisfied customer of more than 7 years.

It saved my life! fast delivery!
I was staying in Sri Lanka. My eye sight needed toric lenses and here it was hard to get the daily toric lenses. I was so desperate because I just finished lenses. Then I found 393 lenses. The price was reasonable and as soon as I ordered i connected with the staff on WhatsApp. I asked for the fast delivery and they did a great job! Once it's despatched i could track where it was and that made me relived knowing that it's coming toward me. It took about a week to receive them and the delivery guy also contacted me before delivering to make sure the exact location.
I would like to say thank you so much 393lenses! I would highly recommend to anyone in the world who need to order contact lense online to use this website.
