Appalling management and zero safeguarding
I am deeply disgusted and traumatized by the way my family and I were treated at 360 Play Basildon.
During our visit, a woman verbally abused and attempted to physically attack my autistic son. I immediately sought help from the staff, hoping for assistance and a safe environment for my children. Instead, Manager Callie Cook handled the situation with utter incompetence and a complete lack of empathy.
Rather than reviewing the situation fairly or protecting a vulnerable child who had just been targeted, Callie Cook sided entirely with the aggressor. To add insult to injury, she then asked me and my children to leave the premises.
I have reached out to both the local team and 360 Play Head Office following this incident, but I have received absolutely no response. The lack of accountability, customer care, and basic duty of care for children’s safety is alarming.
This serious incident has now been formally reported to the police. I would strongly advise parents—especially those with neurodivergent or vulnerable children—to avoid this venue. They do not prioritize child safety, and their management team is entirely unfit to handle sensitive or critical situations.
