Friendly and helpful

360 Lending is an amazing service for people like me who have trouble with your typical mortgage&home equity brokers and lending services
360 Lending is an amazing service. I had a unique situation that 9 out of 10 brokerage firms would not even look at my case past the initial consultation. Not only were they able to work with me, but rates were comparable with traditional lending services
The agent I dealt with was Dimitri Anastasiou. He was more than helpful, and was able to assist me to take care of matters ridiculously quick.
I highly recommend him and 360 Lending. If you are having troubles with typical mortgage brokers and lenders, then you need to give these guys a call.

360 Lending has been the most hard working and dedicated company to deal with. Not only has Adam Mitchell who dealt with my loan extremely helpful and pleasant, his lawyers are quite the same. I have never felt more thankful and blessed as I am right now and would happily recommend this company that are ever in need of a mortgage or equity loan as I am totally grateful this moment with all their help

Such an awesome team to work with!
I worked with both Melissa and Jessie, and it was an amazing experience. Their expertise, professionalism and diligence made the entire loan process smooth and stress-free for me.
From my initial consultation to the final approval, they guided me every step of the way, addressing all my concerns promptly. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this team to anyone who needs their service and I would absolutely use them again for my needs as well! It was truly a pleasure working with them.

The process took a bit longer then…
The process took a bit longer then expected but that could have been due to my personal situation. We had an appraisal done which we paid for but weren’t entitled to a copy of it , not a huge issue but one we didn’t know about . The company overall was very easy to deal with , easy to get a hold of at any time , answered questions when I had them and kept me up to date on the process . At this point I would recommend using them and hopefully I can say the same in a year when my renewal comes up .
