Refinancing
Adam was fantastic working with us to refinance our mortgage and consolidate our debt. He answered all our questions and was there all the time to help us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Adam.

I had such a pleasant experience with 360lending. Stephanie was so nice and explained everything in detail and was always a phone call away if we had any questions. Adam was great to work with. He did such an amazing job and got exactly what we needed. I appreciate all the work you did and I recommend them 1000% if you need to refinance your home. They are the experts!

I had a wonderful experience working with Adam and Stephanie. They were both incredibly accommodating, friendly, and flexible, making the entire process seamless for us. Despite the challenges of coordinating meetings across different time zones, as we travelled . Adam went above and beyond to ensure that our schedules were respected, even if it meant staying late for our discussions. Furthermore, both Adam and Stephanie were remarkably timely and responsive, answering our questions swiftly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to collaborate with such dedicated professionals.

If you are looking to refinance PLEASE look elsewhere from the start of my experience in 2024 to date
This has been nothing but a nightmare
false hope and promises
They have Private lenders and MORTGAGE CENTRAL NATIONWIDE - # 12785 they put me in touch with that are nothing more then the Mafia lender looking to take your home
There was absolutely no delay on my end I did everything I had to do in a timely manner
I sent pictures and show receipts
In order to get a partial payment I had to threaten to go to the ombudsman
This is a company with nothing but excuses and they are still shifting the blame and failing to take responsibility

In your case, we helped you secure a construction loan, which—as we explained from the beginning—requires steady and timely progress on the project in order for funds to be released. Unfortunately, there were significant delays in construction that made it difficult for the lender to continue advancing funds, which is standard practice in these types of loans.
While we understand your situation was stressful, it’s not accurate or fair to suggest that the lenders we work with are predatory. All lenders are subject to strict regulations, and we only work with licensed professionals who follow clear guidelines.
