Likewise, once the request was submitted, she monitored its progress and communicated to me daily any concerns she had. As part of the process, I appreciate that once the request was submitted, they didn't close the case or ticket, as it allowed me to stay in contact with the executive.

We had a terrible experience with these guys. First they advertise that they don't markup on messages and charge monthly fees for WhatsApp API. We signed up and spent thousands of dollars in development costs integrating our system with them. During development, whatever messages were sent, they are charging Pre-Usage fees, and Meta is also charging for the same. After reporting the issue with them, they failed to resolve it in ONE MONTH. Always the same answer, waiting for the Reply from Meta. If you are waiting for a reply from Meta, then why do you keep on charging double when Meta is already charging us? Support is nonexistent. Every time need to ask them and get the same reply after a few days.
