They say no taxes on the website then…

They say no taxes on the website then when you take delivery UPS asks you to pay tax!!! Very misleading

I've been trying to email you for…

I've been trying to email you for weeks, but your inbox is full. Your phone number is an intl number that I can't reach with my phone plan. There is no way for me to contact you. I've been trying to reach out to explain that I ordered the wrong size by mistake and have been trying to request a return/exchange for the right size. This is one of the must frustrating sales experiences I've ever had.

Service impeccable. Support and delivery also. You have now a loyal customer. Will purchase a lot from your website. Only one remark. I asked some questions regarding size availability and have not received any answer. Maybe just to improve that part and answer customer inquiries.
