Good experience

29Black has a great variety of games, including live casino and slots. The welcome bonuses are nice, but make sure to check the terms. The website is easy to use and works well on mobile. Customer support is helpful and quick. Deposits are very fast, and account verification is also quick. Overall, it’s a fun and safe place to play. I definitely recommend it!

SCAM! CAN'T WITHDRAW!

SCAM! YOU CAN NOT WITHDRAW FROM THIS CASINO. I won just over 1k almost 2 weeks ago. They keep canceling my withdrawal and putting the funds back in my account. I've attempted 5 withdrawals all cancelled by the casino. When I contact support I'm told it was just a glitch and I will receive my winnings soon. Same story every time.
Update: March 5th still no payout or any form of contact from the casino.
Update: since this review casino staff reached out to me, not to payout my rightful winnings but instead, to offer me free spins to change this review. Lol at a casino that doesn't payout.
Update: casinos reply below is 100% false and I can happily provide screenshots of all correspondence with casinos support team and full screen recordings proving my claim to anyone who needs it. I was never able to withdraw and gave up completely.

È un casinò on line, Quando fai una richiesta di prelievo, ti rimane giorni e giorni in sospeso. Se li contatti via email dal link dell'app (c'è scritto che rispondono solitamente entro 15 minuti) non rispondono neanche dopo 15 giorni. Se li contatti in Chat, ti rispondono cose tipo : Non credo di aver capito.....
Gli ho scritto che se voleva gli avrei potuto scrivere in inglese o in spagnolo e non ha più risposto.
Per fortuna mi ha fregato "solo" 20 euro
