I placed an order 23 February this year. Order value around 350 EUR, unfortunately I paid when order was placed with my credit card.

They made no progress with the order. And because they were unable to deliver I persuaded them to cancel the order.

The order was cancelled but they do not refund my money. I have sent a lot of reminders. It's very rare to get a reply from their customer service. The reply's only consists of lame excuses and attempts at stalling the process.

They stole my money! It's illegal and fraudulent behavior. It's been two months since the order was cancelled. Simply unacceptable.

Highly do not recommend to buy on this website.
1) Items are listed as “in stock,” but nothing has been shipped since April 2025;
2) No one responds to my messages;
3) None of the phone numbers provided on the site are working.

Avoid this site if you don’t want to get scammed.

I strongly do not recommend this store. I ordered items from the Polish equivalent of rowerowy.com over a month ago, and I still haven’t received the package or any clear update about the delivery. The products were listed as “available from supplier,” but that basically means “maybe someday.”

Customer service? Terrible. My messages were ignored, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get a reply. It’s clear they have zero respect for the customer.

This store takes orders without having the products or any intention of solving issues. A total waste of time, money, and nerves. Avoid at all costs.

2 weeks since ordered a Leatt fullface helmet that are in their stock as they say on their website - heard nothing yet. Have e-mailed them - have low hope though after reading all reviews here. I will not hesitate to make legal actions if they don´t respond soon and send the helmet or give me my money back. Will also contact Leatt to tell them that their retailer are dragging their brand down...

This is a scam site, do not buy anything from them. I have ordered dartmoor primal frame in December 2024 and after not getting the frame in three months I cancelled the order and still didn't receive the refund even though I was told I will receive refund within 14 days. They are liars and thieves so don't let them fool you too.

Ordered a frame, a month of "it's ok, we will send it in a couple of days", then decided to cancel the order, no money returned. Nothing but fraud. Asked the manufacturer (NS bikes) for help, they tried to convince me that I'll get my money back, but it seems that they are in the same scheme, too. Explaining everything with "hard times for the industry" but with this behavior I doubt that the times will get better for them.

Avoid this website at all cost!
I ordered a Dartmoor Frame on August 16th, every week I was being told it would be delivered the following week until mid October, when I finally cancelled it. Now, end of December, I still haven't had my refund. And they continue to make fun of me, saying I'll get my money back next week. Exaclty like the other comments. I very strongly advise against ordering with this company, I have lost a lot of money.

horrible, I had already ordered parts and I had no problems but the last time I ordered a frame which is now no longer available. It's been months and I still haven't found my money

I advise against purchasing in this store, I ordered a bicycle with additional equipment, on July 15, 2024, they deceived me for a month that the bicycle had been ordered, in September I sent them a withdrawal from the contract, silence, then I contacted the Consumer Ombudsman in October, they agreed to refund me the entire amount PLN 10,632.72 by November 18 and still have not given anything back are ordinary thieves and scammers, I reported the matter to the Police in Poland

The only reason i gave this website 2 stars its because they have responded pretty fast but its not possible to wait for a frame for 3 months and everytime i asked about it i got the same lies that its going to be delivered next week.

Fin juin commande d'un vélo, 1 mois et demi après toujours rien donc j'annule la commande.
Heureusement que j'ai payé avec PayPal et que j'ai fais pression avec eux car sinon je ne suis pas sûr de me faire rembourser. À oui, remboursement en 3 fois dont la dernière traite date d'aujourd'hui, 9 septembre. Long, très long le remboursement ! En gros je n'ai fais que de perdre du temps et certainement contribué à les aider financièrement.

Basically a scam website. When an item is out of stock, they get a message that it is going to be delivered in a week. After that you are waiting for months, while they are completely ignoring you(not answering messages, not answering phone calls, not refunding money). The only way I received my order, was reaching out directly to Dartmoor Bikes saying that 26bikes that sells their components are scammers :D

Better not buying anything from them
Long story short: if i was told about THIS MUCH of a delivery delay, i wouldn't even order something from there.
I ordered two things - hub and multitool for 110 eur the 1st of July. Right after i placed the order, I've received a message: ``The following products are not currently in stock.
(about products text)
These products will be delivered to our warehouse within 7-10 business days``.

In 8 days I asked how it was going and received an answer: ``Hello ----, there is a delay in delivery. We will receive the goods until 11th of July, and ship the same day.``

Aaaand from then until 19th of August they were feeding me with their promises about delivery delaying with total ignoring sometimes up to 6 whole days, that's crazy as never. Now prefer bike discount which is a little more expensive, but has anything ready to deliver on their site.

I waited over 1 month (promised delivery in 1-1.5 weeks, I ordered on April 12, found out that it will not be delivered on May 31) to find out it wasn't going to be delivered. The average response time was 4 days, during the whole month they were feeding me breakfasts that it would be delivered this week. Horrible waste of time.

On January 23, 2024, I ordered a complete bike, trusting that it was equipped as per the manufacturer's specifications. The very next day I realized that there was a fundamental difference regarding the crankset, the one provided by the manufacturer is a 3x 50/39/30, the one indicated by 26bikes was 2x 50/34. I immediately contacted the shop, asking them to verify. If the 50/34 crankset was confirmed I would have canceled the order. Customer service, however, replied unequivocally that the bike was equipped with the 3x 50/39/30 crankset, thus reassuring me. The bike was shipped on February 12th, plenty of time to cancel the order if needed, and when I opened the package (which by the way was made of flimsy and rather damaged cardboard) I realized that the crankset was actually the 2x 50/34, perfectly useless to me. I immediately started contacting them to complain about the incident, but the store didn't respond even once. They simply disappeared. As soon as I started reviewing them they answered to my complaint accusing the manufacturer ...

Thank you, guys. The experience was smooth. I ordered bike frame from them. Good price, an easy and user-friendly process, and a quick delivery.
