Do not use these people. You will be more well served by choosing another dispensary. Not these high school amateurs. They do not care for the customer. I bought 3 strains and all of them were extremely dry. I had to call them because they did not reply to my emails. First, the rep I spoke with was completely unhelpful. No offer was made to resolve this issue. Instead he spoke of economics and how their grows are perfect and I am the one with the problem. No. 25 Hour Farms sent me dry and very low quality flower and made no efforts to remedy this issue. These folks do not care about you. They only care for themselves.

I ordered an ounce on 12/7/2024, label was created 12/9/2024. USPS is saying they're still waiting on the package today 12/20/2024. I emailed them and got one reply with a code to order more when I haven't even received the item I ordered. I'm feeling like I'm out 90 dollars.

EDIT: they finally shipped my order, it only took a extra two weeks. Glad it's on the way, don't expect fast shipping times.

I tried to immediately cancel my order when I realized that it was thca instead of thc. I was completely ignored. I want to return it unopened but there is no instruction on how to return. Buyer beware!

Received the box without contents and was already opened, previous orders were perfect ,waiting to hear from seller but no response as of yet,date is 12-3-24,well had someone reach out to me and said a replacement is on the way, I'll let you know how it turns out?
Well 25 farm came through and replaced the stolen product, now I can continue to buy their products.

The sent me an empty box for $99.. I have tried contacting, email , even called and talked to someone. Nothing. They ignored me. Beware!!!!

I have ordered from this company 4 times so far although my last order took 5 days, I called Andrew and he was very professional, told me that if I didn’t receive it the next they’ll ship out another one, I did receive it the next day, each time I’ve ordered the bud has been on point. Thanks again I will be ordering again.

A few months ago I started ordering from 3 different places I have had my best experience from here. For a older woman they are fast and efficient by far have really good products. This month I ordered on the 23rd and it was delivered this am. I have mobility and pain issues so their prices and delivery are important to me

Poor poor customer service. Andrew was rude, cut me off multiple times in mid conversation and was very unprofessional. I felt like i was talking to a bratty teenager.

This company won't help you even in telling you how to be sure that one of its item is an authentic one. Maybe support simply doesn't exist there.

Also, somehow their review platform won't accept my review without telling you what's wrong.

I placed my order June 14th they immediately took the money off my credit card and said that it was in transit I am still waiting it has not arrived I was scammed do not buy from this company they didn't even have the courtesy to return my calls BTW it is now July 23rd smh!!!

Just got my first order and in two days. I ordered an ounce of snowcaps. Looks like buds coated with powdered sugar. Filled up a bowl and gave it a try. Five stars for the high and the price. Will be making more purchases in the future. I found my pit store for sure.

I got my $25.00 pound of Orange Gas today, Wednesday the 6th, and I ordered it Sunday the 3rd I think, incredibly fast shipping. My order number to verify that I am an actual customer was: ORDER #17852. I thought I would get 20-30 grams of actual buds at the most, but this is about half buds, no stems or seeds, and hardly even any leaf-dust. This is by far the best deal for any hemp that I have ever come across in my entire life. The outside isn't too pretty of course, but the inside is nice looking and has decent amounts of visible trichomes. I didn't expect to see any at under $0.08 cents per gram, after shipping. Good taste and a good smell, plus it burns slowly, and it definitely has a wonderful mix of cannabinoids in it. It feels like there is more than 0.3% Delta 9 THC in there, but it may be the THCA that is in it, which gets around the 0.3% max rule. I have constant intense chronic pain from serious health problems and multiple major surgeries, and CBD helps give me relief of some symptoms and some of the pain that I cannot get from the pain-relieving medication that I am prescribed to, no matter how much I take, and it is very dangerous to take too much. In Indiana you can only get about 5 grams of CBD buds for around $35.00 at head shops. That is about $0.70 more than the cost of a whopping 454 grams from here. I have a little head-change even, and I just cannot believe it! I don't have much of a tolerance though. I will be buying more strains of trim soon to have on hand, stored in the freezer to make things over the next year or two, and to roll up whenever I need to. I also use it to smoke herbal extracts that I make out of plants from my garden, which was the original reason for my buying this. I am going to tell each and every single person that I know who uses CBD in any form about this site. I really thought that it was too good to be true, and it actually exceeds every single one of the original expectations that I had for it. I just can't get over how good it is for the cost.
