Ordered from Style 24 a pair of their Aurelius Crystal Earings looked beautiful on their site stated they came with a beautiful gift box ha! a tatty gift box arrived with crystal earrings if they are crystal look as if painted gold on the back nothing like the picture on their site.
These were ordered for a seventy birthday gift at nearly Au $100 expected a lot better .
Wish I had done what I usually do check reviews first do not know what I was thinking.
Will try now to return for a refund.

Up date 29/04/23, after 2 emails Style 24 has sent me a return address and when they receive and inspect the goods if all is ok they will refund me.
So far so good will have to wait and see now.

I had ordered 2 products for my wife and daughter on Nov 14 thinking the product will be delivered within a week or 2, however till date I haven't received my products. I have sent 2-3 follow up emails, but without any response.
When i check the status of my shipment, it shows the same for the last 15-20 days, this company is a fake and cheaters, please don't buy. I feel I have lost my money.

I ordered a clear Aurora Borealis necklace from this company and I was sent a blue necklace. After sending an email they sent me the correct necklace. Being very satisfied I then ordered a pink Aurora Borealis bracelet and received a blue one! Another email and they sent another bracelet…still blue! Another email and yet another blue bracelet! Four wrong orders in a row is plain ridiculous. I sent a picture of my three blue bracelets and received an email actually telling me they are pink!!!! Everyone I have shown them to tells me they are blue! I am so disgusted and disappointed in this company. I will never order from them again! They’re seriously trying to convince me that blue is pink!!! Wow!

Ordered some necklaces for my wife as Christmas presents from my kids. Order was very slow to finally say it's been accepted, then took MONTHS to be delivered. Multiple attempts to contact the company to ask about the order or try and cancel it (as it was past Christmas already) were completely ignored. Product did finally arrive, after the return window closed. Product is also very cheap looking, I doubt my wife would even wear it.

I made my request to return these items more than a month ago and you waited until a month has passed and several emails from me before you approve my return and now you are telling me that you will only process a partial refund for anything that is returned more than thirty days after delivery.

I was right, you are indeed scammers. This is your way of deterring a return and I am sure that if I send back these items I can kiss my money good bye.

You are all just common thieves. I should’ve read the reviews on you before I decided to do business with you and send my hard earned money to you. 99.99% of the reviews on you paint you as what you are…SCAMMERS!

I tried to purchase one necklace and was charged twice, even more for the second charge. I emailed them with the problem 4 times and have still not heard back. I got their phone number from my credit card bill but the voice mail is full. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Lots of bad reviews for the same problem.

NOT VERY HAPPY, What the heck is going on here, not. I ordered one NECKLACE at $39.00 on Dec. 19th. and I get charged $99.00, the invoice shows 2. I immediately send you an email stating I only ordered one, a response from your company stted I would be
contacted within 24 hours but that didn't happened. The money was withdrawn from my checking account on the 20. No Sir. I only ordered one. Please Refund my money for Order# 1080. SAT.

Pendant ordered on 28th November with 3 to 5 days delivery...still waiting despite numerous emails querying delivery. My last email asked them if I had been scammed to which I have had no reply.....enough said.

Don't buy from this company! Ordered because they said they could ship 2 - 3 days within the UK. They ignored emails and refund requests for 3 weeks and then email to say they have sent via a non trackable delivery and could take up to an additional 20 days to arrive. COVID has slowed deliveries but not a company's ability to communicate appropriately or to be honest on their website. Don't waste your money, stay clear.

I recently bought their Swarovski Crystal Phoenix necklace and I have to say that it is absolutely gorgeous! Mine happens to have a minor mistake on it but I contacted them immediately and they responded very quickly. Just one complaint and that is, I'm not clear as to what's going on. Unfortunately it has been quite a while since I've heard anything from them. I understand that things aren't running normally though due to the Corona virus mess going on so I'm just trying to remain patient.
But otherwise I have to say that their jewelery it's absolutely stunning!
