24 Hour Wristbands Arvostelua 

I got the frosted cups, but the design was the wrong size and wrong color. 3 other items ordered in the same color came correctly. Fought with customer service for 4 days. They stated the color was a normal variation and couldn't be fixed. Think navy vs light blue. They outsource customer service who has no ability to help. Stated a supervisor would call me, never called back. 50% refund offered to keep the cups as is or pay for rush shipping and they would try to redo them but they would likely be the same. Ridiculous customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone I care about. Texas produced vs "China" at checkout seems to be a way to price gouge for the same product. Gross.

We purchased yard signs for a fundraising event and paid extra to expedite printing. We received product with poor printing quality with a haze left around the black ink across all of the signs making the text barely legible to read. When we approached customer service about reprinting the signs due to the error, we were asked to provide specific proof and did so. Instead of reprinting the signs as we had requested, we were offered a 20% refund. When we explained again that we needed the signs reprinted, we were told that further proof was needed. At this point, over a week had gone by and the defective signs had already been distributed. Never have we dealt with a company that had such poor product and customer service that was not willing to offer a reasonable solution to their error.

Customer service went above and beyond and my matchboxes turned out PERFECT

The t-shirts were made wrong. This was the seconed time I had ordered the t-shirts and this second time for some reason the image on the front and the words on the back are noticebly smaller. Not sure what happened as I didn't change anything.

The only thing I disliked was that I ordered twice and they do daily prices. I didn't know that it makes it annoying. Also for what ever reason my second order got screwed up and not shipped it was VERY time sensitive and I had to pay a ridiculous fee to get them on time.

We decided to order bracelets at the last minute for our PTO Fall Festival & use as a fundraiser! The bracelets look great & arrived before the event! We are very happy & will definitely be ordering again!

I had a frustrating experience trying to place an order with 24HourWristbands.com, mostly due to the lack of communication.

Before ordering, I emailed their help address with a few questions about Tyvek vs. premium wristbands, available colors, customization options, and what would work best for my design. After two days without a response, I created an account and submitted a support ticket through their platform, hoping that would be easier to track.

Nearly a week went by without a response. When I checked the ticket again, I saw that it had been marked “resolved,” even though no one had ever contacted me or answered my questions.

At that point, I called the listed phone number and was connected to Imprint.com, which was confusing since I had been trying to order through 24HourWristbands. The representative I spoke with had trouble locating my support ticket and the information I had already submitted, so I had to resend everything to a different Imprint.com email address.

To his credit, the representative I spoke with on the phone was helpful and talked me through my options. I followed up afterward with my revised design and answers their questions regarding production, and shipping, and specifically explained that the order had now been delayed by more than a week and I needed to get the project moving.

Another two days passed without a response.

At that point, I decided to go with another vendor. I called them, spoke with someone immediately, worked through my questions, and had my order placed within about 30 minutes.

I can't speak to the quality of 24HourWristbands' actual products because I never got far enough to place an order. But if you're working on a project with a deadline or need to ask questions before ordering, my experience with their customer service and communication was unfortunately very poor.

This is a scam company needs to be forced to shut down. How are they still allowed to operate? The first order I made with them they printed our koozies on an entirely different color than ordered and they arrived very late. Their response was that there was some magical fine print that allowed them to change the color if they wanted. NO WHERE did I see that.

I had forgot about this debacle and accidentally ordered some feather banners for a series of events we were having. The delivery date was September 15 so it would arrive for our event on Sept 16 and well before our other event on October 16. When the USPS tracking number they provided still didn't register anything on September 15th (the arrival date) I submitted a help ticket to find tracking. They assured me that USPS sometimes takes a while to update tracking, but it was on its way. I just checked again today (Sept 29) because I was shocked we hadn't received yet. Much to my surprise they just mailed my items YESTERDAY (Sept 28) over a week AFTER the items were supposed to arrive. We won't receive them until OVER A MONTH after the estimated date. Too late to use them for the events we ordered for. When I called their help desk they said I should have asked for rushed shipping and there was nothing they could do. No apology, no discount, no refund. Just 'Deal with it'. I am left with no recourse and no way to warn anyone else about this company because they sneakily operate under 24hourwristbands, imprint and other names not matching this one and only send out reviews to customers they know are happy with a some scammy review site so it looks as though they have many 5 star reviews. Please help save other people from this company. It's truly a scam company that needs to be shut down.

The wristbands arrived immediately as promised, which was great, but I couldn't read the wording, and since it was for a celebration of life, I returned them. It was more based on the fact that I didn't realize I should have chosen an out line color

Product (custom printed cocktail napkins) arrived when needed, (on a rush) perfectly printed, exceeded my expectations! Was able to reach customer service easily to discuss the job prior to submission. Would have given 5 stars, however software glitches in design area held me back from perfect score. I am already a repeat customer, I have another couple items in process now! Looking forward to receiving them!

I am thankful that 24 Hour Wristbands properly remade the wristbands.

Apparently, they determined that the logo was too complicated to be embroidered. I guess it didn't matter that I have the exact same logo already embroidered on shirts, hats, jackets, etc and have photographs that show it absolutely can be embroidered. As I was up against a deadline, I first tried to remove some of the elements of the logo that MAY be too much for them, then finally determined to just remove the damn logo completely. After I submitted the revised logo, the proof that they sent back had no logo and just text. Fine. These decisions were made in a timely manner to not delay the order. Then, I paid for a "guaranteed" delivery of Wednesday for an additional $0.598 per cap at 500 caps. The intended use was Thursday. Of course I got the call that the "guaranteed" Wednesday delivery was...wait for it...not guaranteed and it would be delivered on Friday. Cancel the order was my retort. So, that forced the little dude to "get with his manager" and said they could have the order here by Thursday at noon. They had me over a barrel so I said fine. Unfortunately, half the tour was already over by then. What a HUGE disappointment. Don't EVER fall for the guarantee language and don't trust this company if you actually need your order in a timely manner that you paid additional money towards. There are too many other companies that can perform. That was a wasted $299 for a worthless (Guarantee) that is clearly shown on their website. I did take a screenshot of this guarantee.

When I placed an order for yard signs, I chose the middle of 5 delivery options. The first two were for guaranteed delivery to be delivered in 2 or 3 days for an additional $1.48 or $1.08 per sign. I went with the next level, 4 day delivery for $0.65 per sign. The estimated delivery was supposed to be yesterday but the signs are still in production and haven't been shipped. Customer service says they'll come in about 2 to 3 weeks from when I ordered them, not the 5 days I thought from their website. It would have been $86 more dollars to have gotten the guaranteed delivery when I ordered. Now they want over $200 for me to get faster and guaranteed delivery. Their estimated delivery dates are false advertising. There doesn't seem to be any difference in shipping (standard shipping) if you pay $0.65 per sign or go with the free shipping (7 day delivery). Never going to use this company again.

Paid extra for a “guaranteed” delivery date and did not receive until 3 days past that date. You cannot choose the review proof option first and receive on time no matter how quickly you approve the proof. I had a smaller order where I did not review the proof first that I did receive on time. Overall, the guaranteed delivery dates are a scam

Delivery timelines were good.
Product quality itself seems good.
HOWEVER…
Colours of finished product were different than what I approved on the site, despite PMS colour values being provided by their own staff. Camo swirl on their site ended up including canary yellow instead of sand beige on the final product.

The ordering process is easy, and the final product is exactly what we wanted. Will do business with again!
