I placed an order and paid for it — the money was charged from my card, and I waited several days. Eventually, I decided to check on the order status, and it turned out the payment had not been received — for unknown reasons. I requested a refund through my bank.
A few days later, the money was returned to my card. I logged into my account to pay for the order again and confirmed the details via chat.
At that time, the price in my account was the same as during the initial payment, but after the manager checked in the chat, it turned out the price had already increased, and I couldn’t pay the amount shown in my account.
In the end, I paid the new higher price, but the very next day, the price dropped back to the original (which was lower).
Terrible attitude toward customers, terrible service!
P.S. Today (after another two days), the price is already three times higher, and I suspect that tomorrow it will drop back to the original again.
If you need spare parts, look for other stores — you’ll save both money and nerves!
