I was actively betting, I had 4085 trx left in my TRX account. I exchanged 17500 bonus points for mBtc. I made bets on FIFA, slightly increased the balance to 14.44 mBTC, put 2.5 mBtc for withdrawal and can’t log into my account. I have 14.44 mBTC and 4085 trx (tron) left in my account. Support simply closed my account without returning my money. My account is 967543443. I have video and photo evidence of my account balance.

PS.A week has passed - the security service is ignoring me, no one has returned the money. Access to the account has not been returned.

UPDATE 09.04.2025
It's been 7 months.I still haven't received any response from the security service - they've been ignoring me for 7 months. They stole my money, namely 4085 trx=940 USD and 14.44 mBTC = 1100 USD!!!I have screenshots of my account and my balance.THESE ARE SCAMMERS.I have filed a complaint with the licensing authority, let them be stripped of their license. In total, they stole 2000 USD from me!!!

Bonjour.

The good platform to play games. I love 1xbit platform. Withdraw is easy and fast. So let's goo. The games are also good.

This guys real cheeters my withdrawal 1500 don't give me

my id: 124706389 I do not recommend it to anyone. I placed regular basketball bets and deposited money 3-4 times. However, when I requested to withdraw my money for the first time, my account was closed. It is 100% a scam. I believe the positive reviews below are fake..

They closed my account and did not refund my money. They do not even have a license. Please be careful with this site.

1xbit not want to give me open my account because they blocked when i win something.
i dont know the reason why they refuse to give me my money on the account beted on regular and there is no reason they hold my account frozen.

I have made account on 1xbit1.com and deposit 4 times in crypto in total 560 usd. I have betting on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

My worst experience. Customer service could not solve any of my problems. My account was blocked. If you win, your account is closed. As long as you lose, it is okay

I saw the ad and decided to try it. I deposited money 2-3 times. Then I won a little. I requested a withdrawal but they closed my account. I don't understand what happened. It's been closed for a week. I think I got scammed.
