I would highly recommend 1st Steps First Aid

Natalie made it educational and entertaining enough, to make the whole session more memorable, which makes it easier to learn and retain the information learnt.

I attended Natalie's Paediatric First Aid Training Course in October 2025 and when I am due for renewal I will definitely be booking her again! She was very engaging, knowledgeable and taught us information lots of us hadn't heard on previous courses. 100% recommend!

Very informative and learned a good skull

It was a very educational but enjoyable course.

Everything was explained perfectly

Tutor put you at ease immediately everything was explained clearly and any questions explained and she did not make you feel silly for asking. Thoroughly enjoyable training

My Team & I recently attended the Emergency First Aid at Work course with Natalie from 1st Steps First Aid, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very start, she created a welcoming and supportive learning environment that immediately put everyone at ease.

Natalie has a fantastic way of breaking down complex information into clear, practical steps, making it easy to understand and remember. The balance between theory and hands-on practice was spot on — we came away feeling confident in our ability to respond to real-life emergencies, not just having ticked a box for certification.

What really stood out was Natalie’s teaching style: engaging, knowledgeable, and full of real-world examples that brought the material to life. She encouraged questions, made sure everyone was involved, and never rushed through anything. Her passion for first aid and helping others really shines through.

If you’re looking for a high-quality, professional, and genuinely enjoyable first aid course, I highly recommend Natalie. An invaluable experience that leaves you with skills for life!

Natalie was informative and knowledgable, she made the course fun and memorable. She made us feel comfortable and confident in first aid practices. Would definitely recommend her.

The training was brilliant and extremely informative. Well delivered.

Interesting informative course lead by fun, knowledgeable and experienced leader who was very helpful throughout.

Never did I think training on a Saturday would be enjoyable but Natalie is a great first aid trainer and made it fun.
I’ve done 2 day first aid course a couple of times over my childcare career and I can honestly say I feel like I learned so much more with Natalie.
Can’t recommend enough……

Made the learning fun and has a way way of exhaling so you understand too fab lady.

Natalie made it a fun experience!

Natalie was amazing, made the day enjoyable despite it being on a Saturday. Was very reassuring when I needed it, I can’t recommend her enough!!!

Natalie delivered the course in a welcoming and calm enviroment. I learnt so much on the day and felt confident to use the skills taught to me on the day if needed. Natalie really is amazing at what she does!

The course tutor was fabulous she explained everything we needed to know down to the very last detail. The course was also enjoyable and friendly. The practical was also enjoyable anything we got wrong she'd come over and check and show what we did wrong till we got it right.
