Had some good experiences, but now they've gone and absolutely ruined my expensive wool duvet and they think the silent treatment is their best tactic at resolving the issue.

I saw their ad on Instagram last week. I have a dog bed under my desk at my workplace that hasn't been washed in a long time and i didn't want to carry the bed all the way home and back so i was thinking maybe i'd try a laundry service and the ad kinda happened at the right time, so i messaged them on insta and asked if they'd be willing to wash a dogbed. They said they'll check, and asked for photos/dimensions. I sent them the link to the item directly as well, and they said they'd take it in. It was a really nice interaction actually, I really felt like I was speaking with a real human being rather than a pre-written text on a flowchart. So I booked through their website. The booking was for 4-7pm window and they showed up around 5:30pm, picked the dogbed up. Similarly, they delivered around 5:30pm on the delivery day, very nicely packaged as well. Both times they emailed before they arrived and gave me a call when they arrived, easy communication. Overall i am happy with their service and enjoyed the customer service experience.

Didn't show up. Very long window for them to collect (4 to 7 pm). Contacted at 7pm as needed to go out. Just total no show. Then they wanted to come the next day and they were grumpy when I said no. First time using them so I can't say what their service is like if they do actually bother to turn up.
