I find it soooo refreshing when you are buying from & trying out a new site and I find my research didn’t only pay off, but didn’t do them justice as a small business! I can’t say enough about exactly how great the service has been, but I’m gonna try. During this month’s order, I accidentally made myself a bit of a bother & they went out of their way to help me out when they really would have been within reason to tell me I shouldn’t expect special treatment. I gave my word either way I was giving them a 5⭐️ rating because last month’s order arrived in less than 46 hours from checking out online! I couldn’t believe that I not only found a more inexpensive way to vape, but I also don’t need to travel 45 mins from home to get my preferred products.

They did show up but the snus I received did not look or feel like real snus I also can’t find anywhere on the actual juice head website these.

This place is legit. I bought on the 23rd and recieved it today. I had zero problems with my order what so ever, and even though i was doubtful they provided the ups tracking # for my order via email. And i was delivered my package today. 10/10 delivery time, and 100% worth it, they also threw in a 20% off discount for my next order. I have not contacted customer service and i cant say wether or not they are bad or good but none the less, my order showed up and thats all i care about. And this may seem like a bot but no its real, im always skeptical about reviews too, however this place is the real deal and they are a real business.5 stars

I called to ask some simple questions about ordering. A man answered “what?!” He was super rude and actually hung up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Excellent customer service at 1stopvapor.com! I've been ordering from them for three months, and my last order had a faulty battery pack. Lynn, from customer support, was fantastic. Instead of a drawn-out warranty process, she simply added a free replacement to my next order. I was expecting a long wait or voicemail, but she answered immediately and resolved my issue quickly. This level of customer care is rare. Plus, their shipping is consistently fast, and I've had no problems with their products. Happy to be the first Trustpilot review!
