Do not buy! Scammers from China! Their storefront tries to trick buyers into thinking it is an Irish or American company. I ordered something months ago and it still hasn't arrived. Others who ordered what I ordered had the same issue and apparently those that did receive them got an item that was totally different in quality from the advertised product. They give out fake tracking numbers to fob you off when you contact them for an update. I paid with Paypal so I am getting a refund through the resolution center.

I ordered a patriot wreath on July 25, 2020 and as of today, September 29, I still have not received the product. After numerous emails requesting (now demanding) a refund; they keep sending me the same canned response.

"Once again, we would like to send you an apology for this inconvenience.

Surely, I confirm that your order has been shipped already.

Please keep your patience and wait with us a bit. Your package is on the way to you in the next few weeks.

We would like to issue you 10% refund of the order and beg for your patience for a next couple of weeks, if you do not receive the parcel then, we will issue you a total refund.

We are trying our best to fasten the delivery process. Many thanks for your understanding and sympathy."

I will be filing a claim with my bank to get my money back as well as legal. This type of bullsh!t has to stop.

UPDATE: They are refusing to give me a refund

"Upon checking, we would like to confirm you that your order ######## was shipped out and we can't full refund for you anymore.

Actually, we are trying our best to push the delivery process.

Let us contact USPS to update your order soon, properly the order overload recently made this system let your order down.

My email that followed this requested an RMA# so I could return for a full refund. Next step is to get my bank involved.

And TrustPilots star counting logarithm is a bit off. As of writing this, the company has not garnered more than one star, so the average star rating for this company should be 1 and not 2.3.

EDIT: It's October 13. Still haven't got the product. Company refuses to give a refund and my bank can't do anything. I guess I just need to chalk it up as a loss. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

EDIT: It's October 18 and still no product. I've filed a fraud and scam complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. ftccomplaintassistant.gov

They will give you the run around - I waited 45 days before reaching out on shipping info although their site said ships in 2-14 days. They said it was getting ready to ship and they would send me shipping info. Waited another 2 weeks, contacted again - was then told it must have gotten lost. They would ship new item - a week later I asked for update stating I was worried since their reviews online aren't so great. I got a response that my item didn't pass quality control and they refunded me. Which tells me over 60 days have passed and they have not shipped my item at all.

Complete fraud! Ordered on July 29th, It is now September 10th, still nothing and no reply from customer service. Buyer beware, they steal images and do not have any product. Will be reporting this company to the feds.

I placed an order on the 1stireland.com website on July 22, 2020. My credit card has been charged. Today, 5 weeks later, I have yet to receive my order. In checking the tracking number (many times) I see that the carrier has not even RECEIVED the package - let alone been able to deliver it. Customer service was no help, other than to tell me the package had been shipped and I should "be patient". I found that offensive and condescending. I think waiting 5+ weeks for my order demonstrates a great amount of patience. I will never purchase from this site again. Buyer beware.

This website steals artwork and images from talent artists. Absolutely a scam website.

Paid £300 for goods 18th May from what is advertised as a shop in Ireland. No delivery by 24th June. Apparently the Good are coming from Canada even though they say 18 day delivery. Emails are answered asking for you to be patient. Have requested a refund but nothing is offered just a further expected delivery date. DO NOT USE.
