everything's been really good so far
everything's been really good so far. I was looking for a place where I could just chill on the slots and jump into the live casino now and then. The site runs surprisingly fast on both phone and desktop, haven’t noticed any freezing or lag. Pretty decent selection of games too. Had no issues with deposits. Nice that the minimum withdrawal is only £10, don’t need to build up a huge amount just to cash out your winnings.

Thank you for your feedback.
We understand your concerns regarding the withdrawal and your communication with support. We would like to clarify that restrictions related to chat conduct are handled separately from financial transactions and do not by themselves affect the ability to withdraw funds.
If you believe your withdrawal was mistakenly declined or your issue remains unresolved we recommend contacting support so that specialists can review your account in detail.

Had to verify my account after winning…
Had to verify my account after winning £260. They wanted the time and date of the transaction with my full name.i got a printout from the bank. This only had my name and date sent them a screenshot of my online banking with the time and date, but it didn't have my name on. They wouldn't accept because it all wasn't on one document. Pathetic. Won't be depositing on this site again. Quick to take your money.

Thank you for your feedback.
As a licensed and regulated operator, we are required to carry out verification and compliance checks. In some cases, documents must contain specific information in a single document so they can meet regulatory requirements and be successfully verified.
We understand that this process can sometimes be inconvenient. If your verification is still incomplete, we encourage you to contact our support team again so they can advise which document format will meet the required criteria.
