1Office Group Arvostelua

Mari Saan is a great professional, responding always fast and accurate on all my demands and was there to help me and my colleagues on our venture. Overall the experience with 1Office was amazing Thank you Mari!

Taissa and her collegaues always tries to help, when I am asking for support. The 1st office try to inform what is going on the next period. The staff at 1st know my question area about liquidation of companies. Their staff are kind in contacts.

We have some very simple requirements but 1office has enabled us to operate from a country where we have no physical presence. They provide very useful service and have supported me well when required. Taissia specifically keeps our monthly accounts up to date and reminds me if it looks like something is about to be missed. Thank you.

Service on point. Reliable, fast, recommended

Very helpful and with good cooperation. They handle their tasks well.Friendly and helpful.

Very reliable, always on time. Great experience!

Taissia is experienced and very kind. What a pleasure to work with you

I thank Taissia for her availability and efficiency, always available when I need information and advice. I thank 1office for directing me to her, thank you again

Working with Taissia has been great! We needed to align on a few things at the start, but once everything was set, the process has been smooth. She's professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.

1Office was the portal I used to register my company from the beginning back in 2019. I use their business address services and annual report submission preparation.
This year, Taissia helped submit the annual report efficiently. Her communication was clear, with full attention to the details!

I switched to 1Office four years ago from a provider that was shifting to a solely 'automated' model, because I want hands-on bookkeeping and oversight. I have been very satisfied with the professional and hands-on nature of the services I have received from my accountant, Taissia Jegorova, and the other staff of 1Office.

I have been a happy client for since 2017 and can only say I have always received the support and service you can expect. Fast replies and very helpful when needed.
Easy to work with and can only recommend the service.
Big thank you to Olga for the last couple of years for efficient work.

I’ve been with this company for almost a year now and have had a seamless experience throughout. They handle everything promptly, and any questions I have are answered quickly and clearly. All documents are submitted on time, and I haven’t encountered any issues. I plan to continue working with this company and highly recommend their reliable services

Taissia is my personal accountant for several years now. Excellent job, makes great reporting, reminds me for docs if anything forgotten :)
Happy to use services from 1office.

Hidden terms in their website. Read everything and even if you open an account in their website READ. They will try to obligate the customer to be paying even if you wish to leave. Imagine you do not wish to use the service and they force you to pay "exist fee" how stupid is that? Also at least 2x overpriced compared to what I got. In total for processing literally 0 invoices they charged my 700 EURs!!!! when I compared to the current market. A bit manipulation for me to pay while they could have said that hei if you do not have invoice you do not need to pay.

Good service. Mari is very friendly and always ready to help.

I have been introduced to the company through Tõnis Jõgeva, who was the representative of 1Office joining events and Board meetings of the Estonian e-resident chamber organisation EERICA. My company Phasegrowth shifted to 1Office from our previous service provider, and I immediately found it it was the right decision! I have been professionally supported by a dedicated experienced accountant: Viivika Elmi-Drobet (kudos!), who has been with my company through all unexpected documents and transactions to be reported. She stood by my team and me, and we are incredibly helpful for her timely responses and spotless work since day one of our cooperation with her. It has been nearly 2 years now and we are definitely committed to coninuing this collaboration. It gives us the sense of solidity and trust, and does not distract us from our daily tasks.

I've being working with Mari Saan for almost a year by now. She is very knowledgeable about accounting, and she provides excellent response. 1Office really is a time saver.

Mari Saan has been an excellent helping hand as my personal accountant. She is punctual and efficient and always reminds me of my deadlines. At the same time she is extremely friendly and nice. Five stars.

Really happy with 1Office in general, but in particular Kristina Popov is really attentive, responsive and dilligent in her work!
