Using Mass gainer since 2 months and the results are awesome also their delivery is on time. Bcaa & Eaa is the perfect for recovery also the process are reasonable.

1MD Vision

I have had great results with 1MD products.
I especially like 1MD Vision. It helps control and reduce the floaters that l see.
I have used their products for years and have always had positive results when interacting with their representatives.

customer service is beyond crap

My experience- customer service is bottom of the line service. I received a email on a Sunday stating my card would be charged for the 3 months of med on the 28th. I replied to the email the following day, expecting a response, text, call but zero response. I get another email on the 28th stating I was charged for the next 3 months of medicine. So I go to the website to make changes and it’s impossible to sign in- after many failed attempts I hit “forgot password “, my that I did but trying to get into my account. Think I got “reset password” email - Absolutely not! Why create an account if you can’t login!
My first email to them was “don’t charge me or send me the meds, I had just received my meds”. So, instead of $124 charge that month I was charge twice. Greed is out of control in the USA - you can bet if my email was “let’s change my subscription to every 6 months I would’ve gotten a reply with a receipt!

Slow Delivery time

After submitting the order, it was not picked for 2-3 days, I have contact customer care and update. I took almost 10 days to reach the item after order.

The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order promptly. The Protein Powder arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described on their website. I’m thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop at again in the future. Highly recommended!”
