Garbage online services
Garbage services. Why should anyone have to pay by phone and give out credit/debit card info every month? Can’t pay online monthly because logins don’t ever work. Setup automatic payments and they don’t work. I’ve triple checked everything on my end every time. It would be nice to see something work correctly.

Right on time!
My mom passed away and we had some unexpected expenses after the funeral. 1st Franklin Financial was right on time. Valencia Vaughn at the Bessemer location gave me exceptional service and I am well pleased. I was able to take care of my business with the funds borrowed.
