Spur Name Tapes Arvostelua 5

I've been dealing with Spur for name tapes and badges for 10+ years. Never a bad experience and even for large quanity orders 24 hour turn around can be expected and I usually receive the order in 3-4 days. Great, consitent quality, wide assortment, good communication and by far the most reasnable price. An operation like this, in any business, is almost unheard of now! 5 stars ain't enough to say THANK YOU Spur!

Order not done on time, a recurring issue Sometimes embroidery good other time not

I messed up my order. They not only fixed it for free after it was made they still shipped it out on time. Great customer service. Have used them before and will continue for reasons like this and the quality of the products are second to none.

Great quality of products, but there is a bit of communication clarity issues on occasion. I've not had an issue with delivery delay (which is often more on the shipper side rather than the seller themself), but my friend had his package bounce twice and did not get any notification from Spur until he actually reached out and was told they got a return. Since nametapes are made personalized, you can't get a refund, and he had to repay for shipping to get the package sent again. This was to the same address I ordered to in the past without issue, so I don't know if the problem was with USPS or Spur, but communication was just slow and he received his package very late.

Aside from slow communication, the quality and price of their custom nametapes and uniform parts are very good, better than the ones I was initially issued with my first uniforms. Highly recommend this service even over most BX uniform stores ONLY FOR THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON THEIR SITE. It will NOT cover ALL uniform parts you may need, but if they have some of what you need, get it here.
