Slow, not great coms.

Non responsive to emails despite confirming payment had been recieved 2 months ago. Some weeks later I followed up asking for an update and was told a finished product would be provided several weekends ago. Now I'm emailing a ghost. Radio silence.

Edit: recieved a good product 72 hours after making this review.

Communications were consistent throughout the process, the client was very pleased with the resume provided as per their emails and also received a free cover letter. Due to the Director being unwell for a few days, the project took slightly longer than expected but we received excellent feedback ad apologised for the delay.

From the outset

From the outset, Monique and TEAM are clear communicators, well-spoken and very calm in the way they ascertained my needs and explained the package options. I went for the upgrade which offered great value and exceeded my expectations . Nothing was too much trouble and I am immensely pleased with the end results (resume & cover letter, LinkedIn profile update). Monique utilised all the written information I sent her, to craft well written pieces which will stand me in good stead!
I sent a few minuscule amendments back; marked on the proof copy and the changes were completed promptly. I will definitely tell my friends about your stellar service and I personally will be certain to procure your resume services again in the future.
