I was very happy with the item but the reason im giving four star it’s just because of delivery wasn’t on time and good enough
However i’ve paid extra to get the item on time but didn’t

Thank you for your review and I am delighted you are very happy with your product.

I am very sorry there was an issue with your delivery, as you know we sent your order out on time and on the correct 24hour service. We find Parcelforce to be very good but once the parcel leaves us we have no control over the delivery process. I have followed up with them again but could not get anymore information why the first delivery attempt failed other than them stating no one was available to receive the parcel. I know this is frustrating if you were available all day.

Very impressive

Great quality product.

Great quality product and fantastic telephone assistance from Nick, who advised me fully regarding my purchase.
Nick went the extra mile calling me back after my initial enquiry and his advice enabled me to make a fully informed decision. My item arrived today, packaged well and exactly of the quality I was expecting.
I'm thrilled with my purchase which will help me maintain my timepiece to the high standard it deserves.
