0ping Arvostelua

I run a VPS with 0ping in Frankfurt for a game server (FiveM). I picked them
mainly for the CPU clock, since FiveM is basically single-threaded, and the
5GHz plan at this price is hard to find elsewhere. I get around 35 ms ping
from the Czech Republic and performance has been exactly what I expected.

What surprised me most was the support. I opened a ticket asking them to set
a reverse DNS record and got a reply the same day. But instead of just saying
"done", they told me the subnet my IP sits in is listed on Spamhaus and
offered to move me to a different address. I checked it myself and they were
right. They could easily have just set the PTR quietly and let me figure it
out later when my mail started landing in spam. I appreciated that they
didn't.

I've only been with them a short time, so I can't speak to long-term uptime
yet. But performance, price and especially how support handles things have
all been solid so far.

I enjoy their network compared to other providers. I get lower ping and also enough bandwidth. The prices are also good

If there is a delay just reply here and we deliver it.", muy tarde porque ya había solicitado un reembolso y paypal sin problemas me devolvió el dinero.

Within one month the server was unreachable for 4-12 hours for at least three times. No explanation was ever given.

yesterdey I'm bought from this platform server.
but today host 0ping not responding.

Seemed promising. I purchased a server through 0ping and have yet to receive it, the company must not be operating as I have not been responded to on their tickets for well over 48 hours now and my server has been undelivered for over 2 days. Their good pricing doesn't make up for the non existing service they have.

I am running a few servers with them in the last 4 months without any issue, top-notch performance for little money

VPS was working fine and performance was good until it wasn't.
Was promised refund which didn't happen.
Made refund case through PayPal and 0ping sent impolite reply saying they deactivated my account, because PayPal refund harms them.
I do not recommend, find more stable and polite provider.

Five TTs opened in one week due to disk failure, network suspension, payment, and unauthorized reboot of my VPS. If you want a stable system, avoid them.
Update: after my review on sourceforge.net about their service and platform I got an email from them that I am no longer welcome on their platform and should not contact them anymore. Instead of being sorry about the review and try to solve the problem they permanently delete my account and access to server (even I already have paid for this month).
