Vastaus yritykseltä 007 Store
Hi Glynis,
Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to kindly remind you that the item you ordered was a personalised product, which, as clearly stated on our website, requires a longer production time than standard items. Our Customer Service team also communicated this timeframe to you following your order to ensure full transparency.
We regret any inconvenience caused and remain available should you require further assistance.
The 007 Store Team
Shocking … Positively Shocking
The prices on certain items are just made up and do not reflect any true value.
The people staffing clearly do not have good product knowledge or understanding of the franchise they are selling from.

I asked for a substitution of an item I'd purchased the day after I ordered. I sent an email to 007 & Maria responded that they'd make the replacement at the shipping store, & they did!! Very happy as always with everything I've purchased at the 007store!

Majority of the products are ok but…
Majority of the products are ok but otherwise it’s overpriced tat. Also it’s disgusting that the price goes up due to the popularity and that I’m fully charged whilst pre ordering. Deposit is more professional

Delivery was fast
Delivery was fast. I live in the southern United States and it was here in a week, in perfect condition I might add. I didn't read the description well enough to realize what all comes with it, so I was very pleasantly surprised to see the set. It's everything I was hoping for and then some. I already know a few things I want to buy next.
