Awful. The 007 Store Customer services cannot answer a straightforward question which has went ignored. I shall shop for my Bond merchandise elsewhere.

Brilliant site for 007 ephemera the customer service is very good and the delivery is prompt.

The item took about 4 weeks to arrive here in Australia, was well packed and in good order. Love it.

Communication was excellent = acknowledgement of order + notification of shipping. Packaging couldn't have been more secure and item despatched very quickly. I would be very happy to buy again from this seller.

Ordered the "Golden Gun" replica as my first order totalling £105. Wrong item was sent. Had to repackage and make a trip back to the post office to send it back. They waited to receive it before sending the correct item. Total time from order to receipt was 3 weeks. Considering the luxury price point of the 007store I would've expected a pro-active goodwill gesture to turn around a poor first experience but nothing was forthcoming. I only received a 15% refund when the item arrived and the display box and gun were badly scuffed / scratched and I chose to keep it instead of returning it again for a full refund.

Expect more from a retailer licenced to use the "007" name.

An exchange was carried out, because they sent me the wrong item, allowing me to exchange a wrong item is not something I need to be grateful for, it's the bare minimum of my consumer rights to receive the item I actually ordered.

They immediately jumped into action to rectify the situation and make it right. The 007Store's Customer Service team couldn't have been more friendly and treating the matter with utmost concern. They not only allayed my disappointment, but swiftly assured me of satisfaction. And true to their word, they delivered promptly on their promise to make things right. The 007Store has world class Customer Service, the kind that seems to have disappeared in today's age, but I would expect nothing less from EON Productions and the James Bond franchise. Wrong item send and broken. Customer Service did not offer any help. Very poor service would never buy there again. Really sad how this store represents the 007 brand in such a bad way to fans

I've bought numerous items now from 007store.com and found the service provided to be a very good one. Their website is easy enough to navigate through and returns if necessary again a fairly routine process. There is even a contact number for the store operating Monday to Friday should you prefer direct contact with their customer services over a query with regards to an order or availability of a given item. If there has ever been a need to do this I've always found the customer services personnel to be very friendly and professional and attentive to one's query.

The only negative I would say is that sometimes the items they are selling have a significant 'mark up' in comparison to a number of other retailers selling exactly the same product. So I guess they could look at offering more competitive pricing rather than trying to max out on profit margins.

Items are well packaged and only once have I received an item that arrived damaged (although to be fair I think it had most probably being damaged prior to 'picking & packaging and it was the box and not the actual 'Moonraker' Shuttle inside the display box which was damaged). Customer services gave me the option to either return the item or due to the minor damage only to the display box they offered me a discount and refunded my bank account accordingly.

So yes overall I would recommend buying from the 007Store.com for various items, but be aware you may need 'very deep pockets' indeed to afford some of the many high end items which they have on sale within their site.
