007 Store Arvostelua

Lack of clarity about the exact amount to be paid with no mention of the customs duties on purchase and unexpectedley I had to pay an amount of 14€ on delivery!
Delay despite having asked for precision as it was a gift.
Not interested in my complaints!
Where is the customer care service?
It’ s my first and last time!

Great very helpful customer service staff as I had a problem at checkout -gift bag was not added, sent them an email and it was sorted swiftly bag was added to my order and the gift and bag arrived within days of each other. Thank you Customer service.

Only 4 Stars, because there are no information about the German customs costs....

007store.com made everything so easy. We got our gift delivered to New Zealand and it arrived in perfect condition with heaps of time to spare for Christmas.

One very happy 007 fan!

Thank you.

Always quality goods with quick safe delivery

Products as described - very pleased. Good quality & something a little different for a present. Have used them before and will do so again.

I really love the product but the postage fees were way overpriced. If there’s any options we can choose a cheaper way, I am sure people will shop a lot more.

Ich habe nicht beachtet, dass noch Einfuhr-Zoll dazu kommt. Mein Fehler.

Communication, delivery, speed of service is Great. Good quality items. Very happy with my purchase. Especially Jack the Bulldog, and Skyfall Stag Globe!

Love 007 Store. Bespoke and exclusive items celebrating the James Bond world. Some of the items are a little on the pricey side. However, nowhere else can you get fan-favorite gifts

I have bought many items from 007 Store, some not cheap but didn’t care because I wanted it. Sad that was going to buy snow globe but postage to Australia to steep. Website says up to 2 kilos £25.00 postage . Item listed in specifications as 800 grams unless packing is 1.2 kilos I can’t see why they want to charge me £35.00. 😕sad cause love the globe but hate postal rip offs.asked questions. About cost and got reffed to link about £25 to Oceania under 2 kilo. Maybe posted in very heavy box to protect it.

If you think James Bond is an iconic character ,then this is indeed the best sight to select Products. The latest and best of James Bond .
