YESSS! What a gem of a find they are!

I searched high and low for a specific type of bracket to install a garden wind feature, and no such luck. When I just about gave up hope, I found YESSS Electrical who had loads of options I was looking for. What a gem of a find! And super cost effective too! 😊👍🏾

I placed an order and paid on…

I placed an order and paid on 18/05/2026.

A week later I callled Northampton office, I was informed that the order couldn't be found. The person on the phone said 'I'll call you back. No return call.

The following day I got through tosomeone and after investigation they found the order and were awaiting parts to come in from another branch. Two days later, 29th May, I received my order.

For a company that rates itself on customer service I think there needs to be some serious reflection and staff training.
