Previously had disastrous results buying shoes online.
Googled "Best Women's Lightweight Waterproof Walking shoes"; as my current shoes started leaking in the rain on the last trip.
Rang Kate/Kay (?) on Wild Earth Help Line (Sunday at 11.30ish); Took advice about sizing up at least half a shoe-size.
Received shoes 2 days later with updated parcel tracking.
A review gave me a further discount of $5.25 using GETWILDER.
Shoes as described; incredibly comfortable to wear and walk in.
Would definitely recommend the Merrill brand of shoe and buying through Wild Earth for prompt service.

Great customer service, made a mistake on an order I placed and they were very helpful and happy to assist. The free shipping for small items is a bonus, saved $10 compared to other online retailers with the same item.

Chaco Sandals
I have worn Chaco Sandals for more than 10 years. Buying on line was the only way to purchase from an Australian supplier. I am based in Melbourne. Excellent and simple service and delivery.
The sandals themselves are comfortable as expected. My previous pair had a single adjustable strap that was continuous with the ankle closure which meant I could fully adjust how the sandal fitted my foot and with how much tension. This pair has thin double straps across the foot which is then sewn onto the single strap before the ankle closure. This creates 2 separate points of adjustment. As a result the sandal is a bit loose on my foot. I can walk for long distances on stable surfaces but not sure how I will go in wet or unstable situations. I am still happy with my purchase.

Delivery is slow
The products were cheaper than elsewhere when I bought from here and the customer service wasn't terrible. I've had much better customer service from outdoor shops, who were much better at problem solving issues and didn't use cheap and unreliable delivery services.
Wild Earth will make you pay for postage even when you spend more than their minimum for free delivery if you choose not to use Aramex for delivery. Aramex is the worse delivery service and incredibly slow and unreliable.
My recommendation is for Wild Earth to offer free delivery with any other delivery service other than Aramex. This would greatly improve the likelihood I'd shop here again. I'd rather pay an extra couple of dollars for an item and have it arrive on time, to the correct address, undamaged.
