Very helpful & prompt on delivery

I ordered some tiles from Tile Mountain. The tiles were out of stock and new stock was expected by September. I decided to change the order to another tile. This is when my issues started. They tried to re-order the tiles and sent me a quote with nothing on it apart from a £5.99 delivery charge (I had £58 to pay a the new tiles were slightly more expensive). When I questioned this I was to the delivery charge would be deducted from my order. That was not the problem, the problem was the quote did not ask for the extra payment and there was no information on it. After this happening numerous times I paid the extra money by BACS payment. They then sent me another quote for a £5.99 delivery charge and no other information again. I sent another email and received no response so I decide to phone them up. My call was answered by Karen (Kaz). She was absolutely superb and resolved the issue inside of a couple of hours, sent me the new order details and arranged to call me when the tiles were in stock and ready for delivery. I can't thank here enough. Unlike Seemab Sarfraz and Misbah Jabeen who were absolutely useless.
So the moral is call Tile Mountain Customer Service and ask for Kaz.

Replacements to goods damaged in transit, was swift and hassle free. The lady I spoke with at the outset of reporting the damage, had the link to me within minutes. Once completed Misbah processed the replacement order in a matter of minutes.

Excellent service and quick delivery from Tile Mountain

Ordered 3 tile samples for my kitchen renovation project. There was an issue with the shipping carrier delivering to the wrong place, but that was out of Tile Mountain's control. They promptly reshipped the samples to arrive the next day.

Apart from tiles missing on the first order then it taken emailing back and forward to resolve problem then other tiles that were missing were broken on arrival but that could of been the currier
But got there in the end so happy with the outcome thanks

The tiles were grey not white despite
Photos being provided the company insisted they were white as ordered. The order number was correct. The product was not.

We will use the company again and suggest to friends if they are replacing tiles

Tiles were delivered the next working day, undamaged, which is what we really needed. Would have been helpful to be able to select a window for delivery, even morning or afternoon to make it easier to make arrangements.

Two purchases, one in store and one online. Store server (Cardiff) was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. Top up order online very easy too. Great service and great prices.

I received again an excellent service by tile mountain team. Seemab Sarfaraz provided excellent customer support. I had some problems in ordering. It was my mistake. Soon after ordering I realised my mistake. I sent an email. It was sorted out by seemab Sarafaz and the team very quickly and smoothly. I again this time had a superb experience by the tile mountain team
