Tenpin - Dundee Arvostelua 

We normally go to Hollywood Bowl but coming to Tenpin is so much better, the boys love playing the arcade games after we have played bowling as Tenpin have so much more than Hollwood Bowl.

Love coming to tenpin, plenty to do bowling, lazertag pool etc great to have it all in the same place. Prices reasonable too, great place for family gathering or even a night out with friends

A good place to take the family. Easy online bowling booking and lots of game/simulation facilities. Good catering with moderate pricing.

Far too expensive for a group of 5 for 2 games. The lane seating area had not been cleaned properly, with drinks residue on shelf. Deals to reduce cost only available on line and staff would not allow me to make the booking online, by saying that I was already there so couldn't do it. The seating area at the soft play was, what could only be described as, disgusting. Pretty much all tables were covered in left over food, spilled drinks and rubbish. floor hadn't been cleaned for a while either. I won't be back and would also recommend to friends and family that they don't either.

We always like going to ten pin Dundee as the place is always very clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

good stuff did the escape room very fun and challenging location is nice with many other shops you can nip into while out staff are friendly and patient would recommend and would go again

The bowling itself was a pleasant experience. However, I ordered Pizza amd drinks for which I was charged £25 and it was the worst pizza ever. As a matter of fact, Tenpin should not have pizza on their menu because what we were offered can not in any sense be ever described as Pizza. I felt short-changed and cheated and I will.not recommend anyone to order pizza at Tenpin. Shame.

And the attitude of the staff towards my issue was appalling with the exception of the manager on duty that day.

The bowling itself is priced well and fun, however the pool table broke and we had to get moved table and one of the arcade games broke as well. The main drawback from this was we waited so long for both situations to get fixed because the place was understaffed again on a Friday night. The arcade is still mostly ticket games that you don't want to play a second time or even once for that matter. Pretty sure the payouts on the claw machines have been raised and everyone of my drinks tasted watered down, 8 drinks and was only a bit tipsy. The last bits are just assumptions though

First visit on Sunday, had a great time. Venue was very busy and seemed short staffed however we received exceptional service from
Charley, Caramen and the team.

It was nice but they were very under staffed and the laser tag is way too over priced.

My daughter and her friends had a lovely time at Tenpin Dundee for her 10th birthday, and I want to make clear that the staff and the children’s experience were good. My issue is specifically with the pricing and the complete lack of response to my formal complaint.

I booked and paid in advance for 12 children to bowl, then added two games of laser tag for each child. I was charged £16 per child for the laser tag — £192 in total.

When we arrived, I was shocked to see two games of laser tag advertised for £10 per person, with a further discount for bowling customers bringing the price down to just £8 per person per two games.

We were clearly bowling customers. I had already paid for 12 children to bowl and had added laser tag for the exact same 12 children. However, this discounted rate was not available through the online booking system.

This meant that by booking my daughter’s birthday in advance, I paid £192 for something that would have cost £96 at the advertised bowling-customer rate. I effectively paid **£96 more simply for planning ahead and booking online**.

I even checked the online booking system again while at the venue to make sure I hadn’t missed the deal, but it still wasn’t available.

To make matters worse, one child was unable to attend due to illness and, despite knowing more than 24 hours in advance, I was unable to receive a refund because the booking had been made online.

I submitted a formal complaint to Tenpin explaining the situation and asking why customers booking online are unable to access the same discounts available at the venue. I also requested a refund of the £96 difference. **I have received no response at all.**

For a children’s birthday party, booking in advance is necessary to organise invitations and confirm numbers. It seems completely unreasonable that customers who plan ahead and book directly through Tenpin’s own website can end up paying substantially more than customers who simply arrive on the day.

A disappointing experience from a company that should value customers who book and pay in advance. I would still welcome a response from Tenpin and a fair resolution to my complaint.

Place got flooded wet had to move then Ll the machines went off

We took my nephews who were up visiting from London to Ten Pin in Dundee.

We booked for 2 adults and 4 kids.
We booked a summer deal which stated it was bowling for 6 people and it said come with Adult meal.

We chose cheeseburgers for the meal.
The bowling was great but when our food came we noticed that two of the burger meals had 2 burgers in the roll and the other 4 only had single burgers.
When we questioned the staff they said it was because they were junior meals.

When I checked the website and the wording it states adult meals. It does not say anything about junior meals.
We were left a bit disappointed and the staff said they could not do anything about wording on the website.

First time here and very impressed, hope to come back soon, when I’m next in the area,

Great facilities and a fun day out with the kids. Although the table service app is a waste of time as i ordered drinks and after haf an hour went to the bar only to find out they had been missed or served to someone else. Both versions from two different staff seems contradictory. Need to focus on customer care more closely.
