I didn't need to load up cars/vans to drive to a location to unload, most likely repeatedly.

Had a great recent experience - and immediately decided to repeat as we are getting our home ready to sell. Eddie dropped my taxibox off, did an excellent job placing them in a convenient spot

The delivery driver was polite and accomodating.

The delivery notification system was accurate and helpful as it gave a 2 hour delivery window on the day and then a 30 minute notification before delivery.

I called to book as I had a couple of questions, the person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and efficient.

Overall, excellent customer service and a great product.
