Absolutely delighted with the service at all stages - from the initial booking, through to consultation and treatment. Dr Aya was very thorough with my examination and explanation of treatment and made me feel very confident of the outcomes. During the process itself she talked me through each stage, I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout, so professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending - all the staff were very helpful.

Hannah dealt with all my questions regarding CO2 laser and birthmark treatments. She guided me on the best treatment plan without pressure and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable explaining things in terms I could understand. I would not look anywhere else for treatment and both my son and I will definitely be back. Thanks Hannah and good luck with your future.

My appointment was for removal of a milia lump near my eye. Staff were attentive and helpful. Following the consultation I was expecting the treatment to be straightforward and relatively pain free. Unfortunately, the treatment was rather lengthy and a little awkward to complete. I did need pain killers afterwards and had bruising around my eye. Five days later and the wound has not completely healed, hopefully it will have within the next couple of days.

now visited twice and Amy is brilliant puts you at ease straightaway and gives great clear advice and explains the procedure. Really nice experience and really nice people - highly recommended

I’ve been having Botox for many years and have seen a number of different practitioners, so I feel I have plenty of experience to compare. Dr Yasmeen is by far the best practitioner I have been to.
Previously, I would often be left quite heavily bruised and felt that I needed a lot more injections to achieve the result I wanted. With Dr Yasmeen, I had far fewer injections, virtually no bruising, and the results have been so much better.
She immediately put me at ease and her knowledge and experience really show. I never felt rushed, and she took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable throughout.
Having tried several practitioners over the years, I can genuinely say Dr Yasmeen is far superior. I have already booked my next appointment as I know her availability is limited, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
I highly recommend her.

I’ve been going to Parveen at the Skin clinic and honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. I’ve had two separate treatments there- Hollywood and underarm and I’m 10/10 pleased with both of them. The hair reduction is even better than I’d hoped for (silky smooth now!) Parveen is an extremely skilled and experienced practitioner- she really puts me at ease and makes the whole process easy.
