Safestore - Staines Arvostelua 

I visited Safestore this morning to change over our storage contract, and the whole team were absolutely wonderful. We ran into a few difficulties because a close family member is currently quite poorly, and understandably it was a stressful situation for us.

The staff could not have been more patient, calm, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they took the time to help us sort everything out with genuine care and compassion.

I would especially like to mention G and Doug, who were both exceptional. Their kindness, patience, and understanding made a very stressful situation much easier to manage, and we are extremely grateful for all their help.

It’s rare to come across customer service like this these days, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for storage facilities and genuinely excellent customer care. Thank you again to the whole team.

Great service even with IT problems called me back the moment the system was back online .... returned to the store and the process was very efficient everything explained clearly and agreement sorted so I could start storing my belongings the same day highly recommended

On Sunday I arranged a visit to Safestore in Staines, London Road. Danie O. was absolutely wonderful, he booked my viewing, explained the parking arrangements and other details, and it was truly a pleasure speaking with him.

Mr. Ashley was also a complete professional. He welcomed me warmly, gave me a tour, and showed me several storage options suitable for my large equipment. He also clearly explained the pricing plans. His assistance was incredibly helpful, Mr Ashley helped me with all my questions and it easy to understand for someone who never had a storage experience before.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting Ashley in person and speaking with Daniel over the phone.

The storage was very organised, clean, great temperature!

Highly recommended. Guy was a superstar from start to finish. The sales process was extremely smooth and Guy was great at explaining the details by email and phone, and sorting out the invoices promptly. He then provided excellent service on site particularly with offloading a pallet using the forklift.

I have booked some storage with Safestore, Staines, Surrey, I feel I had to write a review and give reasons for giving such a great review, this company is top class, from my first call, they gave great customer service, friendly, helpful, great pricing. The 2 men on reception Ashley and Guy explained everything so well, they helped me with form filling and gave me a great price. I cannot thank them enough and look forward to storing my furniture with them. Great company and I will recommend highly to friends, family and anyone looking for a safe place to store their goods.
