Good vaule. Great buy

I'll start by saying that I have been in restaurant management for nearly 20 years now. I have ran everything from fast food, to bars on the beach, to fine dining. So you just have to trust me when I say that I know how to cook a steak. I pride myself on being able to take a cheap ribeye from Walmart and making it taste better than anything you've ever had at an Outback or Logan's.

With that, I feel nothing but disappointment for my first Omaha steak. I was gifted a sample pack from someone who swears it's the "best they've ever had".

So far out of this I've had the franks, which are just really thick basic hotdogs with no flavor. The cheese cake and apple tarts, both of which aren't anything special. You can get the exact same things from any grocery store frozen food section. And tonight I had the fillet's. Which as I said above are just disappointing. They're not a great cut of meat, and very little natural flavor to them.

For the price they charge for all this, it is absolutely not worth it at all.

9/13/2026: I've been a customer for years but no more! I recently placed my usually 5 or more items order, chose a delivery date, provided my payment information and waited, and waited, and waited. My order never came on the date chosen. When I looked at the tracking of my order - it stated In Progress and never changed. I finally called their customer service, and I received the brilliant response that my order was indeed In Progress with absolutely no other information as to why, when it would be delivered, etc. I was put on hold (again and again) so the Omaha customer service person could ask her supervisor WHY? The reply was no new information, direction or solution. I requested to speak to the supervisor (another lengthy hold) who had the power to tell me the order was In Progress because it was a "big order" (the order had 5 items and smaller than many of my previous orders). She happily told me she could cancel the order if I preferred!!!! Unbelievable - this company has gone waaayyyyy downhill and I won't be ordering from them again ever. Very pleasant customer service people - but absolutely no service to the customer or helpful in any way that left me feeling like I can trust this company.

Great b products and service.

I have been buying their Steakhouse air cooled chicken breasts for years. They are the most tasty and tender piece of chicken I have ever had, a little higher priced but well worth it. But now they show up as Out of Stock and no one can tell me when they will be back. Their customer service knows nothing. Very disappointed in the company's ability to keep their steady customers informed.

We love the meats at Omaha Steaks. We have ordered from them several times. Never been disappointed with our orders. Keep up the good work.

I feel like I had a dog and pony act pulled on me. Looking at what I received and what was shown on their website were two different things. First the steaks were either injected or sealed in some sort of flavor enhancer. The tawing liquid was not clear it was a muddy pinkish color not at all appealing. The outer steak was a light brownish color while the inside was deep red like a piece of beef should be. Cooked to med to med rare and not at all any flavor of meat. Give it twenty minutes and you are belching whatever it was they sealed the steak in. Move onto the hamburgers. Not at all like the photos shown. Tawed they were solid like a cut piece of bologna and that same over processed texture. Not a bit of hamburger likeness at all. The taste was missing it tased like it too had been injected with something. Now the hot dogs. Who can mess up a hot dog. Well I found the company that can. When does hotdogs come blond Cooked they remain blond in color and completely flavorless. I made four as pretzel dogs and four for buns and after one or two small bites they are all thrown out. When Walmart meat has more flavor than what is suppose to be some of the best beef products on the market there is a real problem here. I had chicken as my final item and I didn't even put the effort in. I tossed the m also. I'm not looking for any sort of refund of my 225.00 I am looking for people to take note what you see is sometimes not what you get. Smoke and mirrors not the real deal And any company that has AI write their reviews is a poor excuse for a company and only out for one thing...how to line their pockets at any expense. So AI go to sleep and don't wake up.

You advertised a free package. But when I put my info in you signed me up for some other offers I did not want and charged me for said offers. SHAME ON YOU for such deceptive advertising!!

Worst product I ever bought. Burgers were gray and tasteless. Filet’s were the size of your thumb. Never will buy again. Should ask for a refund!!!!

I have ordering from Omaha Steak company for many years for me personally as well as family members. They offer great food in various types of bundle choices. Once you have your address saved or the addresses to others it really makes checking out easy and fast. I have never had any shipping issues or food spoilage. A great company to do business with.

Extremely frustrating and disappointing they can't get their act together. They might know meat but the thing they butcher best is their service and keeping their word, it's terrible. I'm sick and tired of spending time trying to help them get my orders completed and calling again and again. I receive the wrong products, can't swap things out like I'm supposed to be able to do, they run out of things and don't tell me and just send something inferior as a substitute. I try to update my subscription order to something different as per the agreemnt but can't do it and they can't get it done, try to swap something out for something lesser quality, their site freezes can't complete it. I start over a different day it's ready to go then still can't be done... I call for service over and over nothing gets done. Tried calling one more time today 5 minutes into the call its nothing but silence.... I'm about to give up. I am 101% completely dissatisfied so they're satisfaction guarantee is also pointless.

Delicious meats and chicken. I enjoy your products so much I send gift sets out to family and friends when there is an illness, funeral or a happy event where families can enjoy a meal together. Delivery is quick and packages stay frozen. I am hooked on your chicken breasts and filet mignon burgers. Keep doing what you are doing.

Ordered a box of 244$ worth of meat. Got notified they had altered my order from Filet Mignon burgers to another kind. No asking if I wanted to change. Delivery date was pushed back. Then the delivery was more than 48 hours delayed. Meat arrived totally warm, blood in two of the boxes of the, supposedly, sealed packs of meat. Delivery company minimally responsive to my concerns. I contacted O. steaks and will have to wait for my refund. really disappointed because this was for a Labor day bash.$ worth of meat in the trash because they used the crappy "not"ontrac delivery company. Probably will never order from them again. Butcher box looks better.....

I've been an Omaha Steaks burger customer forever. Every few months, we've gotten a few dozen burgers and this has been going on for a decade. In August, I placed my normal order but when the burgers arrived, they looked different. They were gray and they tasted very different than they ever did before. For a decade, they were reddish with the same consistent taste. I thought I just got a bad batch so I called their wonderful AI (I mean that sincerely, it was an easy experience) and received a replacement order. It was the same gray look. We tried some burgers from the replacement batch but they were the same as the previous batch. They didn't taste bad in the sense that they were spoiled, they tasted bad in the sense that they were unappetizing bordering on inedible. Moreover, the amount of fat in the bottom of the pan was amazing - the Omaha Steaks burgers prior to this produced almost relatively little fat in the bottom of the pan.

I called customer support and was assured that nothing had changed, but they had no explanation for the difference in look, fat content and taste. If it happened once, I could have gotten a bad batch. It happened twice. Trustpilot doesn't let me upload pics but the difference in how the product looks now vs. earlier in 2026 is night and day and I would have liked if Omaha Steaks cared enough to offer an explanation. They did refund the order but if my favorite burger company materially changed a product, I would think they would say something.

i made one order and saw there was a discount. unbeknown to me the discount was attached to a repeat order program. i called and asked to remove by credit card info and all thrée different customer service reps said they were unable to do it. they take your credit card info really easy but somehow can not delete it. at all! now i will have to be inconvenienced even further by changing my credit card number with my credit card company.

I thought i was ordering superior food when I took advantage of a "half- prce" offer on breaded veal cutlets. To get the deal I was compelled to purchase additional items.
The cutlets are ground veal and for the price, I'd have done better with grocery store Fast Fixins chicken fried steak.
Really disappointing.
Im cooking some of their flounder tonite, I sure hope it's a lot better.
Just had the flounder, fish okay, "breading" only on 1 side and meager.
Even after baking at 400° for 27 minutes it was wet and the breading had about disappeared.
Not anything I would recommend or purchase again.

Horrible customer service. Got order wrong, didn’t make right and although they got my payment correctly and I provided the info for correct item they used the lamest excuse “you didn’t provide your correct email, that’s unfortunate”
