I hate to give a one-star review to this great company, Olshan. However, the financing company that they use, Green Sky, is an absolute sham and a horrible choice with terrible customer service. I signed up for the one year financing at 0% paying almost $900 per month for the year which I paid off. My last payment was one day late and now Green Sky is charging me a full year's of interest. Mind you, I was never late except for the very last payment by one day. Green Sky is an absolute sham and refuses to work with me. I hope Olshan changes finance companies as I'm certain that I'm not the only one with this issue. I was very happy with Olshan's work and their people but be wary of the finance company they use, GreenSky. If Olshan would like to reach out to me and offer assistance, I will be happy to change my review.

Dan came out to evaluate my situation and it was very nice and professional. He was very thorough and explaining things and gave me the quote that I needed to send to my warranty company.

Still don’t know all they did. How much was my house raised ? No report. Once they got my money, “ghost.” Had to ask for warrant packet. Month later and I can’t tell you anything about the work other than how many piers they used and the cost.

Mr. Johnson explained everything in detail, and as a result I had a good understanding of what will be involved. Based on his explanation, I can make an informed decision as to what comes next.

I was at my mother's house when Davey Cameron came to inspect her foundation. He was very helpful regarding mom's problem. If anyone has a foundation need then Olshan is your best bet.

Excellent organization. They stabilized our foundation a couple years and no problems since. Recently had it rechecked by Aaron Pellitier who went above and beyond servicing. He’s very professional, patient, thorough, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier with his service.

Started early and supervisors knew what they were doing. No amateurs!! Tested electrical and sprinklers before starting and after finishing and immediately fixed any issues. Then in a coordinated effort they jacked up the foundation from 10 jacks at once and…. Cracks gone inside and out. It was just amazing.

Davey Cameron was extremely kind and helpful during the process of inspecting our foundation repair needs. He made phone calls on our behalf and is just genuinely a customer-oriented listener and doer. Definitely recommend this company and guy if you're searching for a foundation company. 5 stars!

This is my second time using Olshan in different houses. Ryan checked out things to see what the problem was. He let me know the problem and what had to be done to fix the problem. The guys worked long hours to get the job done. I appreciate the finished job. It looks good.

Kevin was very thorough explaining the various systems, our options and answering any questions. We never felt pressured.

Ken was professional, informative, and patient with our questions. He explained how it would work and length of the project.

They raised driveway last September and returned to redo section that had sunk back down. It was still under warranty and was fixed at no charge, they did a great job.

Excellent customer service

We had our foundation repaired by Olshan (Little Rock branch) in late July and we are very pleased with the outcome. We appreciate the hard work by Francisco and Antonio in the blazing Arkansas temperatures. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and the communication was very good. We also appreciate the thorough cleanup and the care they took to properly replant all of the items which had to be moved during the repair process. A sincere thank you to these guys! We will definitely recommend Francisco, Antonio, and Olshan to our friends and family.

Olshan experience was wonderful! On Tuesday, 7/28 they came to our house to put in a sump pump connecting to downspout outside. They also put a pipe in for water flow to go out 20feet. We are so thankful for Supervisor-Noe, Harol Raulbello, Idaquel Gonzales, Michel Mtz, &Jonathan Zanchez. They all came in with smiles, laid plastic down to keep carpet nice, & got to work! So appreciated!!
