The item used, the inflatable cuff to separate the door from the frame I believe caused the door to now not fully seal when it is closed, as I am getting increased road noise now, like a window has been left cracked 😢… other than that the service was prompt and the gentleman courteous.

They charged $510.00 to rekey my front door. I've used locksmiths in the past, and this about five times as much as expected. The person who showed up looked like they were in a fight, had busted nose and other marks. I would not recommend this place and always get a proper quote.

Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service
My son is at Ball State in college, so I had to call on a Sunday to have assistance getting his truck unlocked. The man who came to help him, was rude to him and told him he was frustrated because he had to drive all the way from Indianapolis to Muncie. I paid a prime price for that but he also made my college son give him a $30 tip on top of the $176 I already paid! That is ridiculous and unprofessional. Very disappointed!
