Hays Travel - Totton Arvostelua 

Aimee has booked 2 holidays for me. Last year in New York and this year in Italy and Venice. Nothing is too much trouble and the service and her experience are great. The Totton branch of Hays Travel are friendly and professional

I booked a holiday for my son and me yesterday at the Totton branch, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

The lady who looked after us was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to find the right holiday without making us feel rushed. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole booking experience enjoyable from start to finish.

All of the staff in the shop were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. It's clear they take pride in providing excellent customer service, and they are a real credit to Hayes Travel.

Thank you all for making our holiday booking such a positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Totton branch to anyone looking for first-class service.
