Lorna went to a lot of trouble to recommend the best trip for me. She contacted the travel company directly whilst I was visiting the shop and answered all my questions. She printed off the itinerary and even looked up the currency I would need. She always tries hard for me as a single traveller and I am very grateful.

Once again Lorna worked her magic and found a wonderful holiday for me and my grandchildren. She always goes the extra mile and finds us the best deal.

Lorna the agent was extremely efficient and friendly. She helped us to choose an hotel close to attractions in Prague for our 3 night stay. She also gave good advice and printed out our documents including boarding passes. Later she also was helpful sorting out our travel monies.
Cannot praise Lorna enough and indeed Hays at Shipley for all their help every time. We will always book with them as a result.

I have used Hays Shipley for quite a years now and their service is great and they always match or are less than the price I have found on the internet. In Covid we needed to move a holiday and Lorna spent 2 days trying to get through to tui and change dates which was far better than me having to do it. Shannon has dealt with us on numerous occasions as well and is always friendly and helpful
