Ease of Booking

Having previously been on our first cruise we decided we would like to go on another one. This was a last minute decision. We would have liked to have gone on a cruise to Norway, but as this is for August all the cabins we would have preferred were booked up. So I called Maria and she found a suitable cruise for us to France and Spain.
Maria was great, very friendly and we would certainly book with Maria again if we were to decide to go on any future cruises as she was extremely helpful in finding us a cruise.

Maria Phillimore is an assett to Hays travel. Nothing is to much trouble . She always goes out of her way to help and always cheerful , no matter how many questions I have.

As usual received a first class service…

As usual received a first class service from Maria. Maria always listens to what I wants and delivers with her exceptional knowledge of various destinations.

Maria has booked so many holidays for us going back to 2016 and not once has she ever disappointed!

Very helpful guidance on all aspects of our trip

Very helpful guidance on the difference between the various river cruise companies, what to expect included or not etc. Saved hours of my time trying to work this all out for me and my Mum!
Also booked the hotel at the airport for the night before, again saving me time and hassle.
