Went in to the malton branch, Gordon and another lady both welcomed us, sat with Gordon, told him the kind of holiday we wanted and date he got up all what was available, got a holiday booked, parking and he also told us about the jet 2 app which I also downloaded. Our travel agent Debi put us at ease straight away and guided us through the booking process with ease. She gave us lots of suggestions and advice and was very knowledgeable about the resort and our accommodation. She answered all of our questions and didn't try to rush us into a decision. The whole process was very smooth and we left feeling completely satisfied with our choices. We couldn't have wished for a better experience.
