Me and my husband talked to Emma at the Garforth branch and she was amazing finding us the best prices and the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff were knowledgeable and…
The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of many aspects of our holiday and advised us on some things to make it easier. We're disappointed that the hotel pool was shut for the whole period we were there and was due to be shut another 17 days after. We were never advised of this. To be fair we went to Rome and would have only used it twice but we still have liked to have known. Otherwise would have marked them and jet 2 5. Great holiday otherwise.
