We always visit our local Hays Travel shop when ever we want to book a holiday. As always we went in knowing where we wanted to go and when ( with some flexibility) and we left having booked exactly what we wanted , with help . As always EXCELLENT SERVICE

We dealt with Lisa when we came into the cramlington branch. She’s absolutely lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and listened. To be honest all the staff are lovely and we always book our holidays through the Cramlington branch. They always match the price online, even cheaper sometimes. We wouldn’t book our holiday anywhere else.

We always book our holidays through Hays Travel in Cramlington. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Faye helped us book holidays yesterday and she is great and gives first class and friendly service, she is also very knowledgeable.
