When we decided to book Claire answered all our questions. We found the process and the steps involved to book and pay the deposit very easy. Booking took a long time to appear in the app which was a bit annoying.

Claire is an excellent Personal Travel Consultant who is very professional and provides excellent personal customer service. She always goes that extra mile and i would highly reccommend her to anyone looking to book their next holiday.
