Both the advisors who helped us Vicki and Ellena were very knowledgeable about the cruise i wanted information on. When I decided to book, Vicki was very patient as we went through all our requirements. She also handled my brother's booking, too. Very pleased with the assistance I had.

The person we spoke with, Ellena, was very, helpful, polite & knowledgeable - having herself been to the city we wanted to visit.
She was able to help us identify a hotel, and to arrange a couple of places we want to visit.
She told us what she would do; how she would follow up our discussion, and did exactly that.

Vicky was great at helping me get our holiday booked. I was struggling to hear as the shop was very busy (great to see) and she was very understanding.

The assistant was extremely helpful as we were uncertain of our destination and even although it was close to closing time Vicky was excellent.
We completed the booking and Vicky also arranged car parking for us.
This is not our first time using the Broughty Ferry and we always find them helpful and pleasant.
